Terrible! The lead denist drilled to far and spilled cleaning solution in which traveled to my soft tissue causing burns in mouth. Then after going back 3 times numerous phone calls and the wrong medication they told me that they would refund what I paid up front (full amount) and that my account was at a zero balance. Got a bill in the mail 3months later called again and they said they told care of it. Then a year later now get another bill in the mail. This is a terrible company with terrible business practices. The area manager isn't polite and they never follow through with what they say they are doing. On top of everything they never permanently set my crown and I still have pressure and pain there because of the damage it caused. Meanwhile I they say I still owe them money. StAY AWAY. Update on top of that they have now blocked my number to where I can't even get through to the customer care teams. Terrible business practice.

Had two teeth removed, didn't feel a thing other than some minimal pressure. They did an excellent job! Very fast friendly service. I really like how they explain after X-Rays where your problem areas are slowly and where you understand each tooth as they point it out on the X-Rays.

So far its been a nightmare! The first visit was to see how much money they could get out of your pocket. I would compare it to buying a vehicle. I was told I would walk out with dentures in my mouth not in my hand however that aside after 2and a half hours of agony with a doctor asking for the right size implants that they did not have on hand compromised and put what they had on hand in my mouth. The pain was unreal!! After all that they left me in a empty cubicle for an hour while I drooled blood all down the front of my shirt. 2 more appointments latter I still have no teeth in my mouth been eating only liquids and have to wait another 2 weeks to try and get temporary dentures. Tried to get more pain meds and get prescribed some kind of worthless medication that had more warnings of any medication I've ever taken and did nothing for the pain. Very very disappointed!!!

The new patient visit was good. The office staff are nice, I especially liked Dr. Ryan. However, their treatment plan is where the process broke down. They planned periodontal cleanings for my wife and myself. Even though we have good insurance, they had WAY too many "add-ons", which made the patient co-payments outrageous ( more than $1,000 each). Thanks to Anna, the insurance lady, who consulted with professional staff and managed to bring the co-pays down to a reasonable amount. If not for the overcharges, this would have been a 5 star rating. Hopefully, future visits will be 5 star quality. Thank you again, Anna!!!

I was and always been terrified of the Dentist and avoided going at all cost basically forever. Finally broke down and stepped up and set up a consultation with Aspen. I needed alot of work, as I feared deep cleaning, root canals, crowns, fillings, basically everything. They set me up with a treatment plan. Justin, Shelby, Isabel, Amanda and Dr. Christian went out of their way to explain everything and make me comfortable I've hid my smile my whole life. Thanks to their amazing staff, you guys are awesome!! I'm ready to finally have a smile I can show.

Great Customer Service is why I gladly drive 1 1/2 hours from Woodward to Enid for dental work. EVERYONE is so nice from the front desk girl all the way to the Dr. They are very flexible and always try to work with me for appointments. Even when I’m in the chair and I might be waiting on something, multiple people are always coming by and checking on me. ********Ok so here is what happened yesterday 3/15/21 and this doesn’t happen at most dentists offices. *********. So due to a recent double surgery in Tulsa I had to go to two dr.‘s appointments yesterday, One in Enid at 12:30 and the other in Tulsa at 4:15. I had a standing appointment at Aspen at 3 pm to check on an extraction from last week. So I showed up at 1pm in person to cancel my 3pm and see when I could reschedule. Instead of being frustrated, mad or upset the staff instead found a way to squeeze me in right away. The Dr. checked on me immediately and put me at ease, that I did not have a dry socket. I was out of the chair and in my car at 1:20 pm heading to my next appointment. That’s Customer Service people at it’s Best!!!!! Thank you to everyone at the Enid branch!!!!!!!
