Me and my sister live about 2 hours away our appointments were at 9:30 and 10:30am. At about 8:45am after we had already driven to Enid the office calls and says they won’t be able to see us today because they are behind schedule. I have had this scheduled for a month and had to take off work to drive here. Very unprofessional not letting us know until 45 minutes before the appointment. Will not be back.

The staff is very unprofessional and very unorganized. The hygienist wears cowboy boots and tattoos show on a lot of the staff. which is discouraged in osha law. I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes and anyone who came in after me went back immediately. I had to change my insurance and I handed my card and I guess it didn't cover anything which they didn't tell me until after I saw the doctor. In the consult room it says "no surprises " Which this was a surprise. IF MY INSURANCE DOESN'T COVER MY VISIT, TELL ME AND I WON'T BE SEEN, DON'T TELL ME AFTER THE FACT. I will never recommend this aspen to anyone. ever.

Staff was amazingly friendly and warm. The procedure was quick and I was made to feel comfortable the entire time. Dentist was fantastic, had a great sense of humor and bedside manner. Awesome experience.

The staff at the front desk was terrible. They had a trainee working her and the person training her got into an argument very loud at the front desk area. I waited an hour to be seen with only one person in front of me and the 1st appointment of the day. The other staff are wonderful though.. I will not be going back any time soon!

Didnt even have any cavities or teeth needing to be pulled. They just said i needed some kind of deep cleaning or something and was going to cost $1700. I'd hate to see how much it'd cost if you actually needed some work done. Won't be going there again.

This was the best dentist visit I have ever had. Staff was amazing, and the dentist worked with me so well. He knew I had anxiety and he did an amazing job. I am working with the dentist again, when I get my partials for the bottom!
