The staff were pleasant. However, requesting payment before even a cleaning is done was like nothing I had experienced before. It was like "we will help you as long as you pay us first". Just walked out. Scary place. I would not recommend. Needs a cleaning & upgrade of facility.

Our Aspen dental clinic in Enid is wonderful. Could not ask for a better experience. Dr Christian is amazing!!!! Would recommend to anyone. The support staff is amazing! Justin the office and finance manager is really awesome at getting you fixed up with what with your budget. Love my dentist and his whole staff.

I am very displeased with both work they performed and customer service. For starters they did a bad job on my molars and now I can't chew on my right side. It causes me pain. Secondly, they did not only NOT APOLOGIZED (offered a discount) for that but also notified that I owe EXTRA 40$ for a bad job. I am a honest person and paid ahead of service to avoid ANY debt. Since I live in a different state I may not come and demand job to be done properly, and scared to trust them my teeth after what they did. I don't want to share any names, because whole facility is like that. Not only that, they hired a COLLECTOR for 40$ to collect from me. This is not how you treat customers who come and rely on you. I hope they will enjoy those 40$. I would love everyone to stick to their trusted dentists. All there worst. Dmitry.

My dental assistant Brenda C was amazing, she took care of my every need and Dr. Christian was very thorough and made sure I understood everything throughout the whole process. Not only did the staff perform above and beyond expectations, but they were able to get me in for an exam and fixed up in a timely manner as well!
