I’m more than happy with the service I’ve received here at aspen dental in Enid,Ok. I’m 26 have had dentures for 4-5 years, most places I feel the judgement but not here. They treat you very kind and respectfully. Dr Christian is very good at what he does, definitely has my vote after my wisdom tooth extraction today. His assistants are super helpful and friendly, the lady up front does a tremendous job. And Justin’s super good at what he does and very nice and friendly, and I’m so glad he could help me get approved and get everything fixed!

My hygienist was Olivia and she did a great job with my cleaning.

Very nice staff! It did take me a while to get in and out due to the malfunctions on their system, but they were all so helpful. And I love that they have payment options that you can choose from for what you are going to get done!

People where great.
But had dentures made, paid for high end quality. But did not last. Have lost three of the teeth out of them. Went to a different denture clinic and they said the dentures where not made good, not made to hold the teeth in place. Be very careful with the way they make them for you. Is costing me another $3,00.00, to have new one's made.

I had a great experience so far with Aspen Dental they got me in the same day I made the appointment! They worked to find a affordable solution to get my dental needs taken care of! My follow up appointment was also scheduled quick , and I found out they are doing even more to help me get everything in my dental plan accomplished sooner then later!!

Very professional and helpful. They listened to my needs and offered the best solutions.

I had an appointment at 2:00 PM on 1/27/2021 and arrived at 1:47 PM. Upon checking in I was informed that the lab hadn’t had my appliance ready and that they had called to reschedule. They never called and and the last communication from them was a text I received at 8:18 AM. I was extremely disappointed as the office manager had told me they would do their very best to have the lab work done by 2/4/2021. I was informed that it wouldn’t be ready until 2/7/2021 which I explained I was leaving on vacation 2/5/2021. I will never use a corporate owned medical facility for dental work ever again. I leaned my lesson the hard way and should have used a local dentist.

Not pleased with our visit to Aspen dental at all. My husband had an incident at work and I called them to try and make an emergency appointment. I was able to get an appointment at 2:15 which we arrived before 2 for. The front desk people could have been more friendly. My husband was bleeding from mouth but we sat there until after 3 before they took us back to be seen. People that came in AFTER us were being taken back. The Dr. that is, who's name has slipped my mind, was very friendly and sweet. He made the visit a little better. However, after the doctor saw us, they sent in a hygienist for some reason, who had no idea that my husband just had a tooth knocked out that same afternoon. She proceeded to pull his swollen lip all over the place, poke his gums and everything to check all his teeth for cleaning. Something we didn't want which hurt him even more. After all of this, and almost 3 hours of our time, they decided that's when they were going to tell us they don't work with workman's comp. Which is insane to me. I have never heard of a company that doesn't work with workman's comp. It would have been nice to be told that before we sat there and wasted all of our time there. So we left and went to a different dentist office who called them for my husband's x-rays so he didn't have to go through getting them again, and they didn't know who they were talking about at first even though we had literally just left their office. Once they realized who they were talking about, they still didn't send the x-rays over. I'll never go back there again and I'll never recommend someone go there. We went to Enid Family Dentistry where they took us in literally at 4:30, the front desk ladies were extremely nice as was the doctor and the doctor even put a seal over my husband's tooth nerve so he wasn't in pain, something the other dentist didn't even offer to do. We were seen there within 10 minutes of us walking in there too. Enid Family Dentistry is where everyone should go. Aspen was a huge disappointment and most of the staff made us feel like they didn't care about is.

My husband got laid off in the middle of finding out I had some pretty bad dental issues. I was in alot of pain and had infections. They gave me an antibiotic but no other payment options. I finally got dental insurance through my work, still with an infected tooth, and it took them a week to get me in. I get their early to give them my new insurance and was sick and in a lot of pain.
The rep was clueless on how to file it so I waited over 45 min while they figured out I needed to pay 75.00. Infelt they were more concerned about my co pay than my well being.
Then, even though they were extracting two teeth, and it was a horrible experience... they never offered me gas. I almost had an anxiety attack in the chair. I have minimal instruction for my partial and zero after care instructions.
And only mouth rinse with antibiotic rather than regular.

I will be getting my recorders asap and finding a new dentist.
