I came in with a slight panic because i found a black cavity on a back molar. (Never had a 'i can see it' kind of cavity before). I figured it'd have to just be pulled. Nope, no biggie. Just a clean and fill in.

It was time for a 6mo cleaning and i was looking for a good dentist. I found it.

Thank You! Dr Christian, Olivia, Brenda, LaRisha and John. You were all so nice and made me feel at home.

I would rate this a 0 if it was possible. I was charged for work that wasn't even done. Also, the office manager, Shannon, conned me into using income that I didn't really have when applying for care credit. Also, when my second appointment rolled around, the Dr. Opened my mouth and said, "Oh, yes! I remember you!!" He made me feel as if my teeth were REALLY messed up. I don't know, call it petty, but I was kind of offended. Also, I never received a bill, a card, or any type of correspondence from this place, so when a month had passed, I called to see how to make my payment and they couldn't help me. They said I needed to get in touch with care credit and they refused to give me the phone number.

Also, whenever they did the work on my teeth, they stuck this block in my mouth and kept it there for a really long time. They were rough with me. They had no compassion. I asked them if they could remove the block and let me rest for a minute and they wouldn't do it. I hate this place and I will NEVER recommend it to anyone, EVER!

The worst dentist I have ever been to. They were so over booked they were sending people back out to the lobby after their cleaning before seeing the doc. After I sat there for almost two hours in pain (with an appointment) I gave up and left. I called Dr. Grothe and was seen in 20 minutes without an appt.

Aspen Dental of Enid, OK goes Above & Beyond to Care for their Patients! The Doctor & his Team actually Care about the patient's & Not their Paycheck!! Everybody that's works there is Very Nice & Polite with Caring Heart's!

Back In February I Went In For A Filling, The Tooth That Needed To Be Filled Was Very Obvious I Paid $80.00, Told Them Where It Was Bothering Me Said Okay! (They Should Have Had This On File Because I Had An Exam In August Or October 2016? And Notes On Which Tooth Was NEEDING To Be Filled) Took Me Back Filled My Tooth, Got In The Car Looked In The Mirror It Was The WRONG Tooth!! Called Them Back, They Said Come In Tomorrow So We Can Look At It Went Back They Gave Me X-Rays. And Then Told Me That The Lady Back In 2016 Who Was Completing My File NEVER Completed It And She Was Gone, & The Manager Would Call Me The Next Day To Make It Right. NEVER Received A Call Until Yesterday To Confirm My Cleaning "So I Went Back, Giving Them The Benefit Of The Doubt" The HYGIENIST Was AMAZING, The BEST Employee They Have Their Honestly! Talked To The Receptionist About What Happened She Mentioned The Tooth Had Gotten Worse And It Was Going To Cost Me More, But Yet It Could Have Been Taken Care Of In FEBRUARY, But Because SOMEONE Forgot To Complete My File I'm Now Stuck In A Bind! Manager Came Up Said She Didn't Have "Legs To Stand On" Because There Was NO Notes About The Entire Incident In My File!? Instead Of Trying To Make It Right! Thank Goodness It Wasn't A Root Canal Or Something More Then A Filling On The WRONG Tooth!!!! I Really Thought I Actually Found A Good Decent Dentist, But I Guess Not!

Janiece is absolutely AMAZING at Aspen Dental in Enid! She helps manage the front. She is very kind and so helpful! She is very knowledgeable when it comes to the financing and insurance. She is for sure the person to ask for.

This is how my experience went.
Called the office to make an appointment at 830 am, got me in THAT DAY at 1130 am! Not only that, I don't have insurance so cash is my only option, scared that I'd have to pay for x-rays, initial visit, exam ect. Ect. But no! The woman said pay nothing we will cover it and we will see you at 1130!!(: Me ecstatic said alrighty see you then! Came in filled out paperwork that the wonderful staff gave me.only waited like 15 minutes (the time I was DOING my paperwork) got called back the blonde woman who did my x-rays was just such a sweetheart so nice and kept apologizing for the pain of the weird thing I had to out in my mouth for the xrays, she was so nice! They told me what I had wrong with my teeth, gave me an estimate, tried applying for any assistance I could get (being a single parent) I appreciate all the more help that they were willing to give and tell me. Told me an extraction of the tooth that was bothering me was only 238! Pain shots, cutting it out, everything! Only 238! They said they could get me in at 2!!! The same day!!! So I came back at 2got in within 5 minutes now this other lady I dealt with was just as amazing!!! And the dentist was soooo cool sweet nice and I was just the happiest to have my tooth out that day with how wonderful everyone treated me! The dentist hummed just a sweet tune as I was getting it out, checking to see if I was okay through it and I mean most painless easy fun, and yes I say fun because everyone was so upbeat happy and just willing to help. I never had a better experience. Bless everyone there! Thank you for what you guys do!(: I'm no longer in pain!

All I went in for was to have a tooth pulled. They made me take several exrays again. They then tried to get me to do a clesning snf fillings first then extraction. They quoted me $887. I called this morning to just do extraction. I asked for the amount I needed to pay after insurance. They quoted me $29. I get there and they say I owe $234. I understand my deductible for $100 but not over $100 for exrays I did not ask for. I feel uou are all about $$$$ and the not the patient. I habe to come back a 3rd time just for 1 extraction. This is ridiculous.

Loved Dr Andrews and his team! They did a wonderful job on my teeth and really helped this dental phobic woman have a great experience! Thank You all so much 😄
