Every body at Aspen dental is top notch!! That are compassionate and know exactly what they are doing! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Amanda and Dr. Christian are loving and are the best at their profession!!! Top notch for sure!!!

They will focus to making you a quote vs cleaning your teeth if they even clean your teeth. For Me & my wife they didn't clean our teeth instead just gave us a quote. They wanted $20,000.00 via a quote for her and $10,000.00 for me. I have no pain and it isn't that bad at all for me. Her's was bad and instead we went on vacation in the Philippines and had what needed done there which cost $400.00 cash and also included in that $400.00 was a new denture and that same work would have cost $12,000.00 at Aspen Dental. The $12,000 would have been with insurance. the $400 for the same work was cash no insurance and it was done now 3 years ago and the work done is still holding great and the denture is still in great shape. The whole vacation including the $400 for dental only cost maybe $4,500.00. So I strongly recommend anyone but Aspen Dental.

Dr. Christian was amazing at talking me through any questions I had and explaining everything. Natalie was awesome with the x-rays and Justin was a real mvp when it came to the finances!

I was in a lot of pain when I went in yesterday, and Dr. Christian and his team did an excellent job explaining everything and explaining what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. I hate going to the dentist but they all made my experience so much better. When we checked out Justin was so kind and explained all of our options for payments. I look forward to going back to my next appointment!

I LOVE THIS PLACE. Aspen Dental in Enid, OK has an amazing staff who really care about you and your experience. When all was said and done I was so happy I could cry. So to the entire staff, Justin, Janice, Samantha, Ryleigh, Cassie, Shelby, Isabel, Amanda, Jon, Dr. Christian, thank you so much!

Husband went to Aspen price is ridiculously high. Wanted his xrays to take to another denist ..
New dentist said to have Aspen email them over. Called Aspen... Nope they said that we had to come in and sign release form we asked if they could fax or email it for us to sign.. The answer was NO have to come in we live 2hrs away..Then they said after we sign takes 14 day to get his XRAYS sent from NEW YORK..oOffice staff said they have them in the computer at the office we went to but that they can not Email them...Really in this day and time everthing is done by Email and Fax. Office saft very unwilling to help could not enen give us a number to the corporate office. Said they did not have the number.
JUST WOW. NEVER SEE US AGAIN.

Great dental office, every one is helpful there. We drive 3 hrs one way and they do their best to accommodate that.

Do NOT go here! This was the only office in town that was in my insurance network. I was long overdue for a cleaning, so I made an appointment. The staff was friendly and I had no problem with them. However, after taking my x-rays and a basic exam from one of the dentists on staff, I was informed that I needed a periodontal cleaning and it was going to cost around $1000! I asked if they could go ahead and do just the basic cleaning, and I could schedule the other for a later date. They informed me that once the dentist prescribes a treatment, they can't do anything less. Since I couldn't afford the treatment, I called a few local dentists and got uninsured estimates for the same treatment. Most of them would do it for around $600! Without insurance! I finally found one that would do just the basic cleaning and exam for about $100. The new dentist even said there was no evidence of periodontal disease! I repeat, DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to pay for lots of unnecessary treatments.

This occurred last year: Absolute WORST dental experience of my life. They seemed super friendly in this office but the following actions lead me to give the lowest rating possible.

Went to this location last year & they almost pulled the wrong tooth if I hadn’t of asked which tooth they were pulling first. This wasn’t the worst part. After my tooth was pulled I went home & quickly developed an infection that made my face swell & develop a serious infection around my gum line. Went back in to have them treat the infection & the dentist (owner) gathered all his dental assistants around me. He began poking very firmly at my gums to make them bleed in order to tell his assistants that they had “missed” the fact that I had severe gum disease…making the insinuation that my mouth was infected because of this. He berated his staff right in front of me. He then told me I had such severe disease that I would likely lose almost all or all my teeth. OMG I was devastated for days.!!! He referred me to a local periodontist (I believe that’s the title) who could give his expert opinion. He then told me that whatever work I needed done, that he would give me a 50% discount off of getting new teeth (oh wow…thanks).

I absolutely knew my teeth & gums were fine. I needed a really good cleaning & basic maintenance but never have had any other issues. I still needed to get my infection cleared up so on a hunch I went to a completely different dentist in town with a lot of great reviews but more expensive (I have no dental insurance so went to Aspen because of cheaper price). This was Enid Family Dental. They saw ZERO sign of gum disease. But just to be sure, they referred me to a periodontist? (not the same one Aspen referred me to). Meanwhile I’m paying all this extra care out of my pocket. He also confirmed ZERO gum disease. Enid Family Dental cleared up my infection from Aspen, which lasted a couple months of a very swollen face.

Aspen dental at this Enid location was VERY demeaning to his staff. His staff were the correct ones that cited no gum issues during their probing. I truly believe this was all a show he put on in order to deflect blame from the infection I had. He really made his staff feel bad in the process. I also heard MULTIPLE times, how many Aspen dentals this guy owned in his bragging of them. This guy has a big ego & quite possibly could have cost me ALL of my teeth, had I blindly believed him and went to the person he referred me to. They may have a racket going to get you in the door with cheap prices, only to “find” something major wrong with you. If you must go here after reading this, DEFINITELY get a second or third opinion if they tell you something major is wrong. Folks, it’s not like I had some minor gum disease & he misdiagnosed as major. I have ZERO gum disease. There is something terribly wrong with this entire scenario. And I feel really bad for staff there if he was willing to lie & put them down in front of a customer in order to save face. DONT GO HERE. It will cost you in the long run. Couldn’t give ZERO stars or I would have. Go to Enid Family Dental. They give great care!

1st after the x Ray's I sat for 20 minutes in the chair waiting for the dentist to examine me. Then after he came to examine me he just wanted to pull tooth or teeth and then sent me off to the financial aid office for them to tell me and show me all this apparent work needed for a high cost and even after my insurance I would still owe 1200 plus dollars , I was totally dissatisfied then my regular dentist had called me and asked if I could call them and ask for my x Ray's to be sent to my regular dentist and was told it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get them sent to them via email when they are in the same town just about 3 miles apart.i feel totally dissatisfied and will never use this establishment ever again. Its ridiculous that your place is so corporate oriented and greed and gluttony. Typically big business don't care about the common people
