I absolutely love this place with the new dentist, William Ryan, who is always understanding and kind. Great work, friendly staff, knowledgeable people. However, it is a doctors office! Sometimes they are overbooked and things get behind. Sometimes machines aren't working or the internet is slow. I will keep coming back to the familiar faces who made me want to smile again!

P.s. all the pictures for the place look fake as hell and I dont recognize anyone! I'd happily snap some :)

The doctor and all the staff are amazing! Super friendly, good sense of humor, made me feel like I've known them for ever and like we're friends, not doctors and patient. Will definitely go back every time and recommend to everyone!

New to area and teeth cleaning long overdue! Front desk attendant was friendly. Dental hygienist Amanda L. was awesome!! She was friendly, explained things along the way and MOST important, best thorough cleaning WITHOUT DISCOMFORT! Thank you Amanda, I will certainly be back!

Aspen dental was a nice, clean office. They were quick and thorough with my cleaning, although I do have two complaints. My first complaint is that I called to make an appointment for a cleaning as a new patient, but when I showed up, I quickly learned that Aspen dental requires new patients to have their teeth looked at by the dentist, and talk about finances before you can even schedule a cleaning. So I showed up for what I thought was a cleaning, but was disappointed to find out that I had to make ANOTHER appointment for a cleaning. Fortunately they got me in that same day for a cleaning, which was great. But my issue was that no one that I spoke to on the phone when I called to schedule my appointment felt the need to mention to me that I would not actually be getting my teeth cleaned the first day I came in. It would have been considerate of them to let me know before hand. My second complaint is that the dentist never introduced himself to me. He came right in and looked at my teeth, told me they looked great, then walked away. It was extremely awkward, and in my opinion, very unprofessional. I still wouldn't know his name if I hadn't asked the very lovely dental assistant, Kinley, what his name was. The friendliness of the dental assistant is honestly what will keep me going back to Aspen Dental. I would recommend this Dentist office to friends and strangers, but I will definitely be warning them about my first experience.

I will not go back.i had to get two root canals, fillings,crowns. Both of the permanent came off and had to be attached and now I'm in more pain than I was before. My fillings have fallen out and it hurts to eat on either side of my mouth. My crowns are super sensitive. I dont understand. I'm stuck with this and a credit card to pay off.

The dentist was an ass...telling me I've had cavities for years when I got a deep cleaning less than 3 years ago. Then says he makes his own diagnosis that was exact same as the dentist I saw Monday...my previous dentist wanted my small cavities to grow into bigger ones so I'd require a root canal...funny how the dentist on Monday didn't see all those cavities...I will never return to a dentist that says do what I say

While the staff was friendly, they were unprepared. I had 3 cavities filled upon this visit and aside from gaging in the chair and being told I was not aloud to sit up which then caused a panic attack. The cavity that was the main reason for getting my cavities filled here as opposed to with my dentist back home was not finished. What do I mean by not finished? Oh, I mean the hole wasn't completely covered. I also cant floss behind it, not just because that side of my mouth is in more pain than when I had my wisdom teeth out, but because the filling is covering the space between my teeth. I would say that the staff was rushed ( 3 fillings in 45 minutes) the dentist left the chair from working on me multiple times. I would not recommend this aspen dental to any one getting something other than a cleaning or x-rays.

Lied at the office told them i was from out town said they could do it in one setting.The dentist had bad bed side manners

Second visit was worse than the first put a temporary crown on it fell out they said that was pretty common
Did not want to use that office again but I already pay the full amount that what they said so then the permanent crown on.24 hours it fell off. Once again they were like that pretty common
Please don’t waste your money find a different office. I never write reviews
Just don’t want anyone else to experience this

I was in town for work when my tooth broke. I walked in, without an appointment. They were very busy and there was a very full lobby. The gentlemen at the desk seemed a bit overwhelmed but he was friendly and helpful. I would say he was more overwhelmed because the office manager was very rude & demeaning to him and other employees in front of customers, while they were trying to get everyone checked in and seen. She even made the comment to one employee, “I’m going to have to start treating you guys like my children.”

That being said, when I interacted with the office manager, she was very professional with me. I wish she would carry that attitude over to her employees. I love that she wants to take care of patients and their needs but she is extremely rude to her people in the process. She made an employee stop a phone call she was in the middle of to set up a room for me. I’m doing so, she asked another employee to tell her to do it. The employee told her she was on the phone with HR. The manager then said, “well tell her to come do her job.” Again, very demeaning.

The employees were already under enough pressure from a couple of very spoiled and stressful customers. One lady caused a scene and yelled in the lobby and stormed out. Subsequently, she called back in and yelled and the gentlemen and the desk so loud, I could hear her from where I was seated. Through it all, the young man was kind, calm, and patient.

The dentist was friendly, cheerful, and communicated everything he was going to do well. I really appreciated the work they did and took care of my broken tooth well. The employees and dentist were all great. I get bad that they had to deal with such bratty customer and such a rude boss. My only complaint was how rude she was to her employees. I hope she reads this.

As a manager myself, I have learned something very important from very wise managers. If supervisors take good care of their people, their people will take care of their job and their supervisors. Not only that, but treating people with respect is simply the right thing to do.
