Aspen Dental

Very nice staff, very thorough, explained everything and answered all my questions. I got all my top teeth extracted and they put my new dentures right in. I was really scared what to expect but they look very nice. Kinda pricey but I got the best so time will tell.

Not my teeth but my father's and he has dentures. He broke his set, so he goes to Aspen Dental to get just a top set and they charge him $1000.00 out of his pocket, insurance paid $500 so $1500.00 all together and he told them they didn't fit that they were 1/4 inch from the top plate touching the roof of his mouth and they blew him off now they won't return the calls and he still doesn't have dentures!!! Aspen Dental should be shut down!!! Do not recommend them!!! 😈And they got my father's address wrong way wrong, sounds to me that they need to do drug testing!!! It's unprofessional, they are unorganized, they will not even answer the phones and when they did finally they said they'd call back and have not!!! They are now considered the worst dentist in Oklahoma. It's sad my dad's $1500 top set of dentures are horrible looking too I feel so bad for him he's a blue collar working man and gets screwed around because why??? If they do not fix his dentures and soon there will be a big problem lawfully I will make sure if they don't help him that he will get a full refund. Not playing. 😈😈😈😈😈😈😈😈😈😈😈😈😈😈😈😈😈

Horrible, my temporary crown has fallen out 3 times since beginning the process. The third temp cap had sharp point on the side facing cheek. We purchased some wax to cover the point cutting the inside cheek, we added wax to cover point, the whole thing cams off again. Hope no more assistants install. I want the real dentist. Doesn't deserve any stars.

Completely disenchanted with this place. They are always rescheduling and they've even rescheduled me to a date and time they weren't even open or had a hygienist available but scheduled me anyway. Then state "well we schedule people 6 months out so we dont know". I've been going to dentists for 30 something years, never heard an office say that. Then ask me when I'm available and I tell them and they put it in the system wrong and try to tell me that's what I said. Just ignorant. Corporate chain dentists are just horrible. I'm going back to a private dentist soon as I change my insurance.

I was anxious about what was going to be needed to fix the problems with my smile but even more anxious about financing. The whole staff from the very onset was very understanding and put me at ease. They listened to my concerns and gave me options and time to consider them. I even got a handwritten note with a cute smiley face as I left thanking me for visiting their office. I will be back!!

So after waiting a week after my first appointment with horrible mouth pain i am able to get into the dentist and get work done and be able to have my husband to drive me . I’m super excited to go to the dentist for the first time in my life for not one but two root canals a build up and a crown! Well here is my appointment card and they can’t even get me in!!! They even showed me my chart saying it’s written down that i have a appointment but they can’t even see me today at all and they supposedly have walk in service this place is absolutely ridiculous! Don’t recommend going there at all!

Phone scheduled appointment was a breeze. Super friendly and professional staff. Being able to get free X rays and exam was a “lifesaver.”

I would 💯 recommend them to any and everyone. Definitely where I will go for all my dental work.

Somehow my appointment was rescheduled and I was not notified. They worked me in for an appointment that was only 15 minutes later. James was very helpful and the dental hygienist was very nice and professional. The dentist himself was a nightmare. Rude, disrespectful and condescending. He stated I had refuted everything he had told me, which was untrue. I asked questions and was trying to resolve questions I had about the pain i was experiencing. I apologized to him stating my questions were not meant to offend. It was a Saturday and they did fit me in as the last appointment, this may have caused the animosity he displayed. The contact with the dentist only lasted maybe 10 minutes, thank god! Other than the dentist himself I was pleased with the professionalism of the staff.

If I could give this place a zero star review I would. My grandmother and I went in today, and they made us wait more than an hour and a half after her scheduled appointment. They charged her over 5000 dollars for her dentures, but they made them the wrong size, and they refused to fix them. They told her to " try some glue" and then preceded to threaten to turn her into a claims agency for payment because the insurance hadn't paid out yet. Now she has paid for literally NOTHING because the dentures are useless, and the staff is a bunch of rude, incompetent imbeciles that been to reevaluate their manners, and basically sense of human decency. DO NOT go to the Aspen Dental in Enid.

They get a 5 star for one the lady at the front desk called my Insurance every day until my appointment to figure it out she was super helpful and then the dentist himself took a tooth out that needed to come and I only went in for a examine x-ray new favorite dentist and only $100 for an extraction with insurance.
