The wait was a little long, but understandable due to other patients.
I wish the prices were cheaper so I could actually afford to get my teeth fixed. Care credit makes it impossible because they literally deny everyone I’m sure of it. Care credit and smile credit suck!!!!

Dr Stephanie Flinchum is a very caring and great Dentist. She is the best Dentist I ever had and believe me I have been to several. Dental Hygienist Rachel also is very caring and efficient.

I wish I could give them no stars. Dr Hannah was great when She was here. However it's taken us a year to get a referral for a root canal. So basically my daughter has been waiting and unable to get her braces because they lost x-rays, forgot to follow up etc. All without being apologetic about THEIR mistakes. Even as I sit here now another Lady is upset because they made more than one mistake and the "girl" behind the counter couldn't even offer an "I'm sorry" she completely ignored the complaint. Go here if you want to be treated like cattle not like a human being. Actually my vet treats my animals better.

I LOVE Dr. Flinchum and her team shes genuine and cares, she keeps youwell informed as to what shes doing and why, you can hardly feel her shes so gentel.
Followed her and she repaired my teeth from beginning to end. 100% recomend her to EVERYONE!!!

Update: I am of course still going to Dr. Flinchum. I followed her from a previous office, and would never consider changing. Dr. Flinchum is outstanding, and she and her staff provide a very high level of care.
