I explained clearly on the phone when making appt that my husband needed some broken fillings repaired, and did not want crowns. The receptionist said the dentist may be able to do the work when my husband came in. Appts were booked three weeks out. When he finally went in today the dentist refused to even give him temporary fillings, but quoted him for crowns and charged for the visit. My husband waited all that time and still does not have his teeth repaired. Not happy. Dentist and staff seemed competent and friendly, so two stars for that.

All the employees know what they are doing, each have their own job to get done and its done professionally. No waiting time, u get in and they get their job done with as little pain as possible, even on the impossible jobs. And a very clean environment.

Second time at this location. Staff is exceptional. Dr Flinchum probably my favorite dentist ever! She is pleasant, professional & makes the experience there much better than I have had in years. Staff is also quite professional, knowledgeable & pleasant. All around, I do not want to go anywhere else!

Finance person was rude when I tried to ask questions. She told me that since my insurance didn't cover immediate dentures I was only to consider out of pocket for the long term dentures ( taking approx 4 months to get after my teeth are pulled.) I kept trying to ask what my total out of pocket cost would be for the immediate dentures, relining and treatment plan but she couldn't seem to understand. She was rude about the copay for today's visit when I commented (I wasn't arguing) that there didn't used to be a copay for cleaning and xrays by my insurance; shaking the insurance copay she at me ( which was too small for me to read at that distance anyway.
The plan cost was not all inclusive so I still don't the total amount.
If I choose not to have work done there it will most likely be due to her attitude.

Very nice and very convenient. Very friendly and through. Every good explaining what was going to happen. Very good and efficient at what they did. They respected and treated me fairly and with dignity. The doctor was efficient and effective at what he did. The doctor explained with great detail what was going to happen and what he was going to do. The doctor approached with care and empathy for what I was going through. The doctor did an amazing job at taking the tooth out and being gentle with the tooth. Took excellent care of me and made sure that my vitals were good throughout the procedure. Took immediate action instead of waiting another week.

Everyone in the office is so nice and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I'm a nervous Nelly at the dentist with a fear that goes way back and they dispelled those fears. Would highly recommend!

1st time going to this office everyone was very friendly. Dr. Tim came in and explained everything that needed to be done and ask if I had any questions and that I could reach out to him anytime. That was cool never had an Dr. say that usually you can call the office if you have any questions. Hailey was very polite and knowledgeable when she was taking pictures of mouth. Just hate I didn't get my teeth clean that day.
