Called the emergency number and they are not accepting new patients at this time. You shouldn't advertise that your available for a dental emergency if that's the case

I came to my Dentist some years ago,and they treated me kindly,and always do a good job, and will work with you on the financial part,that made me fill relief knowing that they where willing to make it easier to pay for my dental l was worried about how my chipped tooth was going to look, l would have to try not to smile in pictures that will be taken thanks to the dentist Stephanie Flinchum DmD and her helper both took the time to talk me through the process and got the job did l will refer all my friends to my Dentist now l don’t have to worry Keillor have a biggest smile when l see my grandchildren

Office support failed to mail me an external referral after requesting it three times (once in person, twice on the phone). Was scheduled twice for the same appointment to receive Invisalign trays (one of the appointments being before the trays had even arrived, and this one was scheduled after the first, correct appointment had been scheduled). Dental hygienist failed to mention that I had decalcification and talk about options to prevent it from worsening. The decalcification was pointed out by an extremely rude dentist at a later date.
Update - I've been through three different orthodontists now because they all end up leaving. My treatment has been pretty disjointed, and I can't manage to schedule an appointment without some sort of scheduling mistake that leads to having duplicate appointments on different days, so if I don't keep detailed notes, I'm not sure which appointment to attend, and which to have them cancel. FWIW, my boyfriend also gets invisalign here and he hasn't suffered through any scheduling mistakes and has only changed orthodontists once, so YMMV.
