The entire staff was warm and welcoming from entrance to exit.
I really appreciated the doctor taking her time and asking if there was anything else I had questions about.
By the time I checked out, the front office had the breakdown of costs for my upcoming services prepared for me to review.
They have state of the art imaging, radiography and tools to enhance the performance of their professional and knowledgeable team.
Five stars from me. My whole family has a new dental team now.

Absolutely excellent!!! Words can not explain how impressed I am with the care I was given. I was so nervous about getting my wisdom teeth pulled. Although I don’t remember much, the before and after care was nothing but professional and amazing. Dr.Gray is so sweet and calm and her assistant Shalonda (I think ) was very informative and professional. My sister escorted me and while she was waiting, she was able to get her cleaning as well. They have also done great work and delivered nothing more than an amazing experience for my spouse and brother. They deserve a 10 star! ⭐️ ❤️

I’m going to admit, I wasn’t expecting too much when I first came to My Dentist. It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but I have never had a better experience at any other dentist’s office! All of the staff members were so fun and friendly—particularly Amy, the best oral hygienist out there—while still being efficient and professional. There were no long waits or queues and Amy and the other staff members were very helpful in explaining the procedures they were doing/the condition of my teeth. They even play music back in the offices so you’re not just listening to the awkward noises made by the dentistry equipment. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience and I’m actually looking forward to going back!

I have been going to My Dentist for a few years now and would never go to another dentist. The staff is consistent and kind; they always remember my name, my preferred appointment times, and they ask about my family. I would highly recommend this My Dentist location.

The staff were friendly and pleasant. The Technicians were helpful and knowledgeable. Dr Flinchum was efficient and helpful to make my experience pain free. My Dentist was able to conform my repairs with time constraints due to Christmas travel. I’ll certainly continue to use My Dentist. Thanks for a pleasant experience!

Wow! I am speechless at the amazing, kind, tentative and GREAT experience I had. AT A DENTIST!! lol.. I went to their website at 9am on 9/11/2019 and they squeezed me in to a 1pm appointment SAME DAY! when I went in I told them my concerns and discomfort. I told them I could rarely take off from work and I needed to get as much done as possible that day. Low and behold they were able to get the work done that same day which is almost unheard of and every other dentist I called said that I wouldnt be able to get my work done until the 2nd appointment. The dr really took my concern to heart and even stayed til 6pm to get my dental work done! She had an amazing bedside manner and was so sweet and calming. I didnt feel the needle on my gums at all because she is so good at what she does. I'm writing this review the day after, no pain meds or even ibuprofen needed because I feel almost nothing from MAJOR work she did. Irma, her assistant or hygienist was so sweet too. They also made sure the cost of services was in my budget before they started and sort of let me select a plan of action. All around if I could give an additional star I would give 10 stars!

Best dentist and staff ever!! I mean it. Dr. Flinchum and DH Anna Schroeder actually make me look forward to my cleanings. And I have lots of problems. They’ve taken such great care of me

Dr Stipe and Amy are fantastic, I needed copies of xrays and they had a complete digital library for me within 10 minutes. Office is super clean and the staff is quick to reschedule and accommodate my poor ability to keep appointments. They also save me 1/2 of my prior Dentist's charges but I am hesitant to post this because I fear they might raise their rates!

The whole experience at My Dentist has been wonderful for me. The dental hygienist Amy is very personable and caring, the doctor is thorough and pleasant as well. I would recommend this dentist office to all.

Dr. Stephanie Flinchum is a kind, compassionate, and highly skilled dentist. She has done major work on my teeth and the results are top-notch. She continues to monitor my teeth and offers me honest advice and care. Dr.Flinchum and her staff are the real deal. I’m blessed to have her as my dentist, and I highly recommended her services!
