Apparently you have to call to confirm your appointment every single day until your appointment. I set up my appointment the beginning of the month, the rep called 7 days before my "scheduled" appointment to ask if I wanted to move up (probably because they canceled an appointment when the patient didn't call everyday to confirm) I advised her I'll just keep my original appointment date. We confirmed time and date and even insurance information. I get there today and I'm told since I didnt call or text to confirm my appointment they would have to see if they could work me in. work me in?? ****hard hard eye roll**** I did confirm when I called your office back to confirm that no I did not want to change my date and yes I wanted to keep my date for the same time! I'm not sure if I should leave 1 star for your horrible scheduling or if I should leave this place 5 stars for saving me from getting in one of their chairs.

Has been my Dentist for going on 4 years. Always so nice and courteous and makes sure you understand exactly what is happening, and what the cost may be after insurance. They take good care of patients, no need to be nervous!

Well my crown fell out why on date ill never go back to this place this makes the 5th time my crown has fallen out then EMILY tells me to just leave it out f'''''' this place by the way this is 10/16/22 on number 5 they really needs to close this location

All of the employees are super friendly, and they did everything they could to make me comfortable. The cleaning was the fastest I've ever experienced. It's a modern, clean atmosphere, and you can't even tell it used to be a Blockbuster!

Dr. Ronisha Gray DDS & her staff are AMAZING...I love the friendly atmosphere, clean environment and awesome payment plan that she provides!! Ooh and by the way Haley is so gentle when it comes to working on my teeth & the front desk Administrators are very professional.

I am amazed how well these new dentures look and fit! You guys are awesome! Gonna try my new new choppers out tonight on some BBQ! I highly recommend Dr. KAHN and his staff! I was very comfortable from the beginning of this process until the end!
