Love My Dentist, The staff is always friendly and professional, the Technicians listen to and voice any concerns, and try to make sure your visit is pleasant and painless as possible. I'm pleased with the work I had done and how they worked we me on a payment plan. Dr Gray is awesome!

Dr.Gray was superb, gentle and caring. She removed a bad wisdom tooth so quickly, I didn't even know she had it done until she said..it's out! She has great bedside manners and explains things very thoroughly

They are amazing!! They explained everything in detail and walk me through step-by-step process that I’m going to be taking into getting a beautiful smile back and they helped me to fill out for credit care and I was able to be approved and I just think that the people here at My Dentist are amazing and I’m so glad that I chose this office

I had an AMAZING experience at My Dentist. My doctor was Dr. Flinchum and her assistant Imelda (I think!) and Jacque the front desk. (I had one other assistant that was so nice I think Stephanie?) I am such a baby about my teeth because gthey are so sensitive but the staff is SO very kind and compassionate about my problems. I know Jacque was so nice about the billing and helping me set everything up. Everyone was very upfront and detailed about what was going on and how they were working on my needs. If I ever had questions or pain they were quick to address the issue and make sure I was cared for. I HIGHLY suggest this office and this amazing staff. I’d give 10 stars if I had an option! ❤️💜💚💙

Always friendly! Very professional. When I needed work done they talked me through everything and how much it would cost. I was able to set up a payment plan to get the work I needed done! And they remember my son’s name, and he’s not even a patient there yet!

I was told the total amount/pricing & paid it in full.
and after 6-HOURS with my mouth open for the one false tooth the dentist went home
and left the assistant alone with me and I hear oops!-
-She dropped the tooth down my throat and said: "it won't do anything if you swallowed it."
I really don't know how I caught the tooth from the back of my throat (miracle).
If I swallowed it and had an exposed tooth I would have been in very serious pain!
So being the last person there I paid in full alongside my insurance.. Then I recieved a bill when I paid paid in full.
I called the dentist insurance person.
We discussed why I received the bill and came to the conclusion that it was a mistake.
The insurance girl was honest yet she was replaced.
My father had dentures and so far they only gave him the top front teeth and haven't communicated, scheduled or said anything for the top & bottom back dentures since May 28! Its now October. He's been eating with his top front dentures & bottom ftont teeth!

Best dentist I have ever had. Dr. Stephanie Flitchem (?) is calm, caring, gentle and she's amazing at her job. Her staff are nice and supportive too. Would highly recommend them.
