I got an appointment online with them three months in advance and confirmed it with them the week after I made it. When I turned up three months later they had no record of an appointment and acted like it was no big deal, they could give me another appointment three weeks later. I refused to make another appointment because I don’t want to work with people who are not only incapable of taking down an appointment but also didn’t acknowledge the fact that they cost me three months when I could have found someone else. And they have two different google listings! Unsurprisingly the other one has a very low rating.

I love going to the Bend Advantage Practice! The staff is always so welcoming and kind. My dental hygienist, Amber was fantastic! She was very thorough and gave me a lot of ideas on how to improve my oral health. Overall, great experience!

I have bad dentist anxiety. This is the BEST dentist I've ever been to. Everyone I have seen has been incredibly kind, friendly, fast and efficient. They don't do more than they need to Even when I had to get a cavity filled they were super fast. Never wait long in the waiting room either. Really, I've never left a dentist review, this place is good.

Appointments are set months out, to get a call the day of stating that they are short staffed and need to rebook another few months out is BS. Took my business to another clinic, received same week care, and explained that the dental work planned at Advantage was unnecessary. Sounds like they are scamming the insurance.

Giving an update...
I received a response to this review saying I would be contacted to try to resolve things. Its now July and I've never been contacted. So much for attempting resolution. 🤣
I'm only giving one star because I'm required. My first appointment was scheduled first thing in the morning and the hygienist was 30 minutes late. I got there early and ended up having to reschedule because I work and had taken time off to go to this appointment. Had to reschedule a month later and while the cleaning was okay, the bedside manner was only fair. To top this off, my boyfriend went in to his scheduled appointment for a filling (and was told at the time of the temporary filling to not miss this appointment) that they had called to reschedule over a week ago. Going back on both our caller id's and voicemails, there were no calls. The front desk ladies have a thankless job and their attitude reflects it (with the exception of the lady who works on the far right as you walk in). We will be taking our services elsewhere because we are clearly not a priority here.

When I called to make my appointment I specifically said I would not be doing x-rays because I am pregnant. The receptionist told me that's fine and just let them know during my appointment. I made childcare arrangements and drove 30 minutes to get there, sit in the chair and they tell me they are going to do x-rays. I told her I was 6 months pregnant and didn't need x-rays. Nothing was hurting, I just wanted a cleaning but they said an exam was needed before they can clean. Fine, but x-rays aren't necessary. So she went to ask the dentist if that would be ok and came back and said they normally do 18 x-rays but he's willing to do exam if I'm willing to do at least 4 x-rays. Um no, I'm not going to do ANY x-rays! So they said they'll just have to see me when I'm not pregnant. Yeah, no thanks!

Dr Dhillon and Ms. Kiara were very nice to me when I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. I was very scared coming into it and they tried their best to calm me down and move forward with the procedure. They got all 4 of my teeth out probably within 15 minutes. They listened to me when I told them I wasn't numb enough on one side. I would recommend them.

The hygienist was nice and the dentist was good but front desk staff was terrible. Nobody told me when I scheduled as a new patient (an appointment I had to wait 6 weeks for) that cleanings have to be scheduled separately from exams and they will not do them back to back. Despite giving them my ID, insurance card, and new patient forms with my name on them, my first AND last name were both spelled incorrectly on my file and I was the only one who noticed! The receptionist didn’t check me in correctly so I had to wait an additional 10 minutes. When I asked about scheduling the cleaning it would be over a month. I will not be returning here for dental care. Do not recommend. I’m having my cleaning done elsewhere. Giving two stars because the dentist was good and the hygienist was friendly- otherwise it would be one star.

This place has been the worst experience for me. They keep messing up my appointments with the wrong procedures. After my second check up I found out the equipment that cleaned my teeth wasn't sterilized. After that I had a filling fixed and was stabbed in the lip and cut. Update: June 2021. Absolutely terrible and stuck because of OHP. This office in Bend kept canceling my appointments and making me wait another six months. Finally got an appointment after waiting for six more months. Waitied behind two other individuals upset over misinformation and cancelling. This ending up making me a little late for my appointment. Said they couldn't see me because now I was late after waiting in line. I'm so frustrated with OHP and this terrible office. The appeats as if they hate working and you are an inconvenience. Something needs done.

My husband and I visited the Bend office and have experienced continued miserable service. We have lived in multiple states and this is the worst dentist experience we've ever had. They have cancelled on us multiple times and rescheduled our appointments. One time I drove all the way to their office, missing work, and when I arrived they said they needed to cancel my appointment and I quote “we didn’t have enough time to call you.” My husband recently had a tooth pulled in the office. They said they needed to pull the tooth in order to fill a cavity on the adjacent tooth. When my husband went back into the office after getting the tooth pulled, the Dr. told my husband that there in fact is NOT a cavity on the adjacent tooth and they pulled his tooth for no reason. I’m glad we paid for a useless procedure and pulled a completely healthy tooth. Needless to say, we will be finding a new dentist.
