OMG! I don't even know if there is words to explain how amazingly wonderful Kiara and Dr. Schuller are! I am someone who has panic attacks in the dentist office. Yet they where very understanding and quick... Not to mention painless... And I had a wisdom tooth removed. Thank you thank you thank you!!!! Looking forward to my next visit.

I waited for 4 months for an appointment. They call me and push me out 2 more months?! Effing BS, and very poor customer care. Woman I talked to was a C word all around.

i have called in every day for the last week to schedule an appointment after waiting for 10-15 to schedule an appointment i left a message. this happened many times. the service is horrible. i am beyond frustrated with their inability to function. it's shameful. i do NOT recommend.

I have never heard anything good about Advantage dental. However I had never worked with them, until now. I just needed to call to set up an appointment and the lady that I spoke with was EXTREMELY RUDE. I work answering phones and she was very unhelpful (would not explain anything, just said the same thing over and over), she was very short and when she was done talking just said bye and hung up. Poor customer service.

Our experience with them began by them telling us we had to make two appointments to get a cleaning. Then during the next cleaning appointment they proceeded to add minor fees to what our insurance would cover. Added more fees even though we were in their Network. In the end it was cheaper and better to go to a different dentist not even in our insurance Network. The whole thing felt like a scam.

I called to make an appointment for 2 new patients. Left a voicemail. The answer machine said I would get a call back within 1 business day. Never got a call back. Called again a different day I was on hold for 56 min and still no answer. Apparently I was the 2nd caller but never got an answer. I decided to give this place a try even though it had many bad reviews and itās very unfortunate that we canāt count on our local dentist.

I couldn't be more pleased with the doctors & hygienists! Pleasant, caring & knowledgeable. Thank you! Phone system could use more work ~ but I understand the volume of patients & calls they get. It's worth the wait .

We were left with a very unpleasant experience by customer Michelle Lauerman with Advantage Dental. If not cleared up, we will not be referring services to your place of business. We are a very close local community and should build one another businesses up, not recommend to shut it down especially during these hard times. I hopefully will hear back from Advantage Dental and or Michelle. Thanks!!

I needed to be seen same day and they got me in. The tooth ended up needing to be pulled and so it was. I then ended up with a dry socket and again needed to be seen same day and they got me in. The dentist and all dental staff and front office were awesome
