Worst place ever! The receptionist is extremely rude and has been on several occasions. Very unprofessional. The dental assistant are very nice and professional but the lady's at the front desk need to be retrained or replaced. This is rediculouse.

My husband has a cracked incisor, exposed nerve and all, and they didn't offer anything for the pain during a walk-in visit. The dentist tapped on his incisor and poked the gums with metal to "see if this hurts" - it does, it hurts a lot! They wanted to schedule a root canal 5 MONTHS from our appointment. This just wasn't any help at all and we've gone to Rimrock Dental for immediate assistance.

The last 3 times i been here they haven't done what they said they would they just look and send me on my way waste of money and my time and now that im dealing with even more pain now they are not answering my call nor returning my call (after they told me to call if my pain worsens) it will ring a couple times and stright to voicemail when i did talk to someone a couple weeks before Christmas she tried to tell me (rudely) well you do need a lot of work done to uour mouth and couldn't help to tell her yea well because of your dentist is why i need work done to the front of my mouth where he chipped my tooth while doing a filling which came out a week later while flossing im currently on hold with my healthcare provider to see if they can switch me to another one cause im fed up with advantage
