Very nice staff, friendly on the phone when setting up appointments for both me and my husband. Check in is standard, leave yourself lots of time for paperwork! 15 min is barely enough time to complete the packet. Back office staff,physician and hygienist were wonderful. Very thankful for their services.

1st, I sat on the phone for an hour this morning trying to make an appointment when all of a sudden the system kicked me off and ended my call.
After calling back a second time I finally got through and explained my issue.
The pain from my wisdom teeth is so bad it's nearly impossible to eat, and I haven't been able to eat in 3 days.
She said she was making an emergency extraction appointment. So I left work (can't really afford to miss work)
To go to this appointment where the Dr proceeded to tell me I was not in pain and that he won't pull my wisdom teeth. Instead I should invest in a night guard because it looks like I grind my front teeth in my sleep.
What the heck!?
This place is awful. Everyone was rude from the minute I walked in.
I would never recommend them if my life depended on it.

I have major dental work to be done and have a cavity that is almost to my nerve, scheduled my appointment for 02/15/2021 at 8 am had taken the day off of work losing out on pay. Got a call at 7:30 am when I was scheduled to be there at 8 am for them to cancel my appointment and now cannot get me in until May 25th!!!! I will be calling and complaining as well. We as patients are supposed to cancel 24 hours prior to our appointments but it is acceptable for them to cancel 30 minutes prior to ours!!! Unacceptable 🙄

I had the entirety of my teeth pulled by Dr. Sean Sherry and his dental team. They're primary goal during the procedure, wasn't quickness with which it could be done. It was always about my care and comfort. And when they sent me home, I had plenty of supplies to comfort and car. I'd like to that Sean for working with my primary care physician to make sure I was set from a medical standpoint. Sean, Kent, and the dental assistant who helped gave me the best care ever!

Best dentists I've been to by far. Got my wisdom teeth pulled yesterday by Dr dhillan and his assistant Kiara. These awesome people had me in and out of that office in 30 minutes and today I feel pretty darn great. Thank you guys!! Really an awesome experience all around especially when I fell asleep during my root canal the visit before. Thats how great these people are with their patients.

Run while you can, this is a warning. Believe me, read the other comments about this place.
where to start? Took my kid to a different dentist and they made her feel comfortable when meeting the dentist, good bed side manner for kids to feel safe. NOT this place, the dentist came in to meet my daughter like she is about to do surgery, full body suit, gloves, face mask. My daughter was instantly scared and to make it worse the dentist got annoyed, became curt with me and told me to hold her down so they can look in her mouth. She is now afraid of dentists and thinks all dentist are like that. Thanks.
On another note, my wife made an appointment to get her tooth filled about 6 months ago, she went in for the appointment and told them that she has something else she wanted looked at after. They came and looked at the issue for a matter of a few minutes and said they don't have time for the filling and she has to reschedule. She has gotten calls for appointments she never made, has gone in for appointments she has made and told there is nothing on the schedule even tho she is holding the hand written note from them with the time and day on it.
This place is a horrible excuse for a business and I feel sorry for anyone who is subject to this waste of space.

So I am horrible about writing reviews. It has been a few months since my appointment but still wanted to give a big things to Dr. Dhillon and Crystal, they were great. I was uncomfortable when I walked in due to a previous experience and Dr. Dhillon was able to put me at ease. Within a matter of minutes I was properly numb and a few seconds later my tooth was out and I barely felt a thing. So so appreciative. Thank you again Dr Dhillon and Crystal.

For too many reasons to list, this is the BEST dentist in Central Oregon. So much so I am happy to drive the 35 minutes to see the dentist. Amazing customer service, personable and have no problem with freaked out people. I have laughed until my face hurts but its never hurt by dental work. I highly recommend them. Save the trouble just go to Sisters...you will thank me!!

They are always quite nice to me. They had my bottom denture ready for me; it had been broken. They did some adjustments to it since it was a bit uncomfortable. Now we will see how it goes. They also set up a time to clean my teeth and repair a cavity in February 2019. I prefer to go to appointments on Wednesday or Friday when I am off of work and I don't like morning appointments as I like to sleep late when I can.

I cannot emphasize how efficient and helpful the staff here was. Dr. Dhillion and Kendal were able to numb and remove all four of my wisdom teeth within 15 minutes and from the time I filled out paperwork to walking out was less than an hour! Requiring emergency wisdom teeth removal especially during the pandemic, I was exceedingly grateful for their accomodating, kind, and incredibly skillful service. Everyone who I interacted with went above and beyond.
