Advantage Dental+ | Medford

I think Advantage Dental is a pretty good dental office. The one in Medford, Oregon is clean, appears to have all the newish equipment. The reception staff was very helpful and friendly, as was the Dental Assistant and Dr. The Dr seemed proficient and quick. My mother had an emergency dental problem and they got her in the next day. My only concern is that we have to wait 4 months for a regular appointment. The office staff did put her on a wait list though.

My daughter and I have been advantage customers since 2009. We love the staff especially Sydney and the lady who deep cleans our teeth! Both have excellent customer service and are extremely kind, caring and do there job efficiently! Thank you Advantage A+++

Ive been in pain for months. Went in for help. Told me i had 2 tweth that needed removal and has since recedule my appointment 3 times over the last 3 months an still havent gotten my teeth pulled an continue to be in pain. Going elsewhere for help!

I came in the office today for an emergency extraction. Everyone in the office was very friendly! Everyone was smiling! The doctor and his assistant explained everything very well to me and answered all of my questions. The doctor used the right amount of medication for the extraction so that I did not feel any pain. He took his time and was very pleasant with me. I definitely recommend using this Dental’s office

My first cleaning in two and a half years and my hygienist was incredible. She worked hard to remove some build up and doubled back on teeth that I could tell she wasn't content with. Her directions were perfect. I e turn your head a little towards me or open your mouth just so wide. It was like we were a fluid team.

I recently received a LETTER- not even a phone call, Informing me that this office used unsanitary instruments on me during my last appointment and I should get blood tests. My experiences as a patient here, have always been painful/rushed/ poorly done but, this is absolutely appalling.They never once took the time to color match fillings, even on my front teeth! Multiple other fillings were left sharp and/or overfilled so I couldn't get floss between teeth! My lack of dental options by my insurance held me hostage to this place. Advantage dental preys on lower income families and specifically OHP recipients, it's disgusting and they should NOT be in business. I highly advise you not to come to this clinic! Let's hope this review isn't taken down before people can know the quality of care this office offers.

I have never been to a more beautiful, relaxing office setting, with aspen trees and a running brook outside large windows. The staff , Dr Mick, Emily and Cydni have great teamwork and sense of humor. And on top of all that goodness, their prices are very fair. I would recommend them to anybody.

I always love taking my kids to this dentist office. Their staff is always very nice and makes my kids feel at ease when we are there. Carley in particular was AMAZING. She is super fun with an upbeat personality that is very welcoming. She always has on fun socks that we ask about and dr. Mick reynolds is always has a good attitude and never rushes things that arent necessary. Its a great office.

The Assistant that helped my son was amazing!!!! She really took her time with him and made him feel so comfortable and explained everything she helped him with. He’s so happy he has sealants on his big teeth!!!! Thanks Advantage, you guys are the BEST!!!!

THE WORST DENTIST EVER!!! They have no communication skills what so ever, and apparently have either the worst receptionist or none at all. They return your call at 4:30pm, half an hour before they close, and then won’t even take your call when you call them back. Absolutely he worst at communicating with the patient
