Everyone from the office staff, the doctor, to the really sweet lady who did the cleaning was very friendly, informative and professional. Hadn't been to the dentist in quite sometime and they made my visit stress free. Will be getting all my dental work done here!

Terrible. Ladies at the front desk are rude and inconsiderate. I was told my son wouldn’t need fillings by the dentist and then I get to the front desk minutes later and all of the sudden he did need fillings after all. Felt like they added them in last minute for $. Dental assistants are really friendly but the reception staff are some of the worst receptionists I’ve ever encountered. I will never take my kids back here.

We waited several months for appt., got up early (6am), and I missed time at work and my kids missed time at school to go to this appt. I drove from GP, and arrived at 730am with an appt at 745am, and the door was locked. I stood outside being ignored by a woman (later identified as Sydney) who was on her cell phone. Eventually she put up a finger as if to indicate she was coming, but she didn't, and walked away again. She didn't open the door until 8am and then told me the systems were down, that my kids wouldn't be seen today, and I'd have to reschedule. I told her that we had been waiting for months for this appt and that we just drove in from GP and she just shrugged her shoulders. I then told her that we had an appt at 745, and that she could've at least told me while I was waiting outside the door before having made me wait over 15min past my appt time in the cold to inform me, and she just shrugged again. She knew the system was down while I was outside the door in the cold, she knew appts were scheduled for 745, and she dudnt open the door until 8am. Instead of waiting, I could've been told at my appt time and been almost back home by the time she finally told me at 8am, and my kids would've missed less school and I would've missed less work. Not to mention I would've been warm, not waiting un-informed, past my appt time, in the cold. No professionalism or common courtesy at all. This was suppose to be my kids first visit to this dentist.

Dt. Reynolds treats me with respect and never makes me feel like I don't have his complete attention. He always listens, communicates what' he's doing and this is very appreciated.

The front staff is proffessioal , courteous and efficient. If I need an ppointment prior to my next visit, they try to get one as quickly as possible.

My only NEGATIVE FEEDBACK has to do with the management ( financial department) !!!!
I'm not happy about the lack of integrity and careless disregard for the people who are seeking help!!!!!!
I'm disgusted by the way things changed overnight. Between literally one visit and the next a price jump of 100% was implemented. I had been trying to get well enough for the procedure and FINALLY I'm scheduled for it. ( for at least a year we'd been trying to get this done).
After being informed (3 weeks before) of the price hike, I'm floored, I'm unable to pay it. I requested monthly payments for the new charges; a credit request through the in house financing and was approved. I could still have the work done. Yea.....
Wrong !!!!! Policies and procedures changed again; my payment arrangement was nullified.
Thanks for the stress and anxiety your actions caused. To not honor an arrangement that is already in place (and treat people with utter disregard ) is bad business.
The people who have been trying to get help that's needed are not able to get it !!! It's now prohibitively expensive.
More than likely you don't mind but I have 6 different friends who where waiting to see how mine went ( and saving money for the procedure). Now it's not an option!!!!

All of my family are patients here at Advantage. They can get you in fairly quick for an emergency, but after the appointment, you're usually left still in pain. I know I was today, and my stepfather too. He had a horrible abcess, and they sent him home scremaing in pain, with just an antibiotic. When we called, the next day because he was still in excruciating pain, to ask for something, they told him to take tylenol. Even though he has a bad liver, and never takes it. Refused to prescribe anything else. So he stayed in bed for 5 days, waiting for the antibiotics to work, still screaming for relief. Seems cruel, but that's the treatment people who have OHP get here. I bet private pay, or others with insurance through their work, probably have a better experience.

Heather, the dental assistant who worked with Dr. Wecker at my appointment today, was a real unexpected treasure. She was capable and confident, and worked in perfect harmony with Dr. Wecker. What I found most valuable was this: she had a very heart- centered approach; her cheerful warmth and kindness helped me relax and actually enjoy what turned out to be a fairly long procedure. Heather and Dr. Wecker make a great team, and I look forward to my next dental visit!

Im getting older & sometimes I dont understand things the receptionist was helpful, & even tho I could tell she was shuffeling 2 to 3 jobs, she never lost her poise or smile. The dental assist. Was all business. Kept explaining more then she needed to even after I told her I understood. & Im wondering if she may have issues w/ state recipients. The dentist himself was good humored, & very helpful. He made me feel like it was a pleasure for him to serve me.
