Just was refused dental services from this place because I would not disclose my family medical history. When going to this corporate dental office, you have to disclose things like family colon cancer history along with NINE entire pages of disclosures you must sign like a contract before being seen!
Just what the hell does my family's colon cancer history, or an other history have to do with filling a cavity?? NOTHING!!
They refused to serve me if I didnt also tell them things like.. am I feeling depressed? how much beer do I drink?
Are you kidding me? Its like blackmail, forcing patients to give up information, or go without dental work. unbelievable.
This corrupt and unethical dentist, "doctor" Michael Reynolds one serious coward who hides behind his uneducated front office staff, is selling your information. And will not fix your teeth unless you give him private information you should never give anyone. Wake up Michael Reynolds, welcome to the age of the internet
