Excellent! I arrived before they opened and they welcomed me inside and had coffee available. The staff was very friendly and worked to build a relationship with me as I waited for my cleaning. The cleaning went very well! By far the most thorough cleaning I have ever had. It seemed as though the hygienist tripple checked all teeth to ensure she didn't miss anything and made sure I was happy with the results. I live in the Eugene area and commute down for all my work because the service is just incredible.

Will not go back. I have had nothing but problems with the billing receptionists, I always pay in full after every visit and then i would still receive another bill which is fine since it is just a estimate what insurance will cover but they could never tell me what the bills are for and even told me to disregard them because my bill was paid and then received a letter saying they were going to send it to collections. Liked the dentist's but the billing staff is just incompetent. My sons filling fell out and they said it was under warranty since it was less than a year old, then after the work they said it was not covered because the person who told me it would be covered was wrong and now im stuck with the bill. If your staff makes a mistake you should have accountability for your mistakes. I used to refer this place to other people but never again.

Dr Randall is a very skilled dentist who truly does painless dentristy. We have mainly dealt with him. I know little of the other dentists in his practice. However, he’s the type of guy who has a lot of energy and wouldn’t tolerate bad staff,.
We haven’t been pushed to have unnecessary work done and we have found he goes overboard to make things right, and not charge for some of his work.
He’s got a great plan for around $440 a year which covers prevention and gives discounts on fillings and crowns etc.. It’s been a good deal for me.
He’s the best dentist my wife and I ever had. We are very lucky to have him in Roseburg.

It seriously felt like I walked into a dentist office that should have belonged in Beverly Hills/ Hollywood very nice presentation. The front desk lady comes around gives you a tour upon entering if you are a new patient then when you meet back at the front desk Dr Randall gives you a gift. Administrative staff were all dressed in suits, very nice appearance felt very comfortable.

As always, this week's appointment was a positive experience. I am thankful my dental insurance allows me to go to the dentist of my choice, because Dr. Randol is the dentist I would choose, every time. My hygienist, Shelly, is great too!

I had a wonderful great experience I am so scared to go to the dentist and they made it so relaxing and mellowed talked me threw my visit let me know what they were doing as they did it and was very gentle while working on my teeth!!! I've never had a good experience until today!!! I would recommend this dentist office to anyone!!! Very nice friendly staff and workers and very understand and actually listen to your concerns and help as best as the can
