I was very happy with all aspects of my care! From the front office staff, who gave me a tour of the office after checking me in, to the dental assistants, both were very kind and attentive, to Dr Randol, who is awesome!! Dr had a gift for me for being a new patient, which was very appreciated, and was very thorough with his assessment. I felt very comfortable with each staff member! I have found my new dentist!!

This is the absolute best dentist office I have EVER been to. Hands down no other office even compares. From the time you walk in, to the time you leave, you feel well taken care of and important. The dentists are exceptional....thoroughly explain everything, and they take their time answering questions. The dental assistant was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I never once felt rushed or like I couldn’t ask questions. If you don’t have insurance I think for a period of time you can at least get a free exam and a breakdown of what treatment will cost you. They will even accommodate emergencies (as I had one and they got me in same day!) They care and they provide great service! I will go no where else. 5 stars is not enough!

Sooo good! The staff is so friendly. Dr Randol takes the time to go into detail about recommendations. Plus being on the Randol Plan is a nice bonus, making it affordable to get my teeth cleaned twice a year.

They do great work and their staff is very friendly! They work with you on payments, just put half down and payments on the rest. Had a few questions about my billing, because the randol club can be a little confusing at times, but made a call and everything got sorted out easily.

I was a patient at Dr. Randol’s office for nine years. The first seven years were great. I am not sure what changed but around two years ago I had nothing but issues getting them to bill Aflac which was an ongoing issue up to and including my last visit. Also two and a half years ago, I had an issue with a hygienist who was not pleasant at all. I requested to never be scheduled with her again and also requested two other hygienists who I preferred. For the next couple of cleaning appointments, I would ask who they scheduled me with and they would never tell me. Then during the confirmation call, I would ask and they still would not tell me! I would then have to explain that I dont want to have this particular lady cleaning my teeth.... They should have made notes in my record.
About a year ago I lost my insurance and had to delay a cleaning. As soon as I had new insurance I called to make a cleaning appointment. They tell me the soonest is four months out.... I scheduled and asked to please get a sooner appointment if they had cancellations. I waited three months and never got a single call. Then a tooth broke and I called to make an emergency appointment. They tell me the soonest they have is over two weeks out.... For a broken tooth! The girl who I spoke too, couldn’t have cared less. I told her I wanted a call from the office manager and when I got a call back, that lady didn’t care at all about my issue. I also expressed my frustration about not getting a single call for a sooner cleaning appointment that was still another month out. I told her that I know darn well that they aren’t making new patients wait four months for a cleaning. Her lack of response confirmed this.
Bottom line, they put too much priority on gaining new patients to the point of not taking care of their long time patients.
I found a new Dentist and called to have them send my records to the new dentist and again, they didn’t seem concerned at all.
** NOTE ** this all happened before Covid.
