First dentist I went to where I didn't feel some type of discrimination for not showing up with a pristine white mouth while the rest of the office is walking around with fake white bleached teeth. Never really a fan of going to the dentist, but these people made me feel comfortable and I'm considering going back again soon for a cleaning once my work schedule is free. Only gripe I have is the parking lot. If you have a bigger vehicle it can be tricky to back in/out of with how small it is on top of a hill. Aside from that I would recommend them.

I was amaized how fast they got me in, when I had a toothache, every one there is very friendly! I even got a gift from them! On my birthday! Thanks Alan's on randol dds😀

I just moved to Roseburg a short time ago and didn't have a dentist. Dr Randol's staff not only took me in an emergency situation, they treated me like a long lost friend. Genuinely kind! I was welcomed to the practice several times, sincerely. Dr. Randol took care of me in a timely and professional manner. I loath going to have my teeth
examined and the Dr. and his staff made a bad thing tolerable, in fact they made it easy. I would highly recommend this practice. This is the only dental practice I'll go to in the future!

Make sure you check your insurance before going to their office, they do not bother to provide the customer with that information. They give you wonderful gifts but a small thing like informing their customers they if they are not in network is a big deal. Even when you go over treatment plans they do not bother to tell you if they are out of your network.

Dr. Randol's staff is amazing, but Kimi is who I make sure I get every time I have my teeth cleaned. Kimi is not only good at her job, she is very personable and makes having my teeth cleaned enjoyable! Thanks Kimi for always going the extra mile, you're amazing!

My sons new patient appointment, Dr Randol’s office staff is very friendly and works well with 14 year olds who are anxious about seen a dentist. Dr Randol is very down to earth and very professional. We love him and his office! Highly recommend him!

Had my first visit at Dr. Randols office recently, and would like to give this kool team of awesome folks the full 5-stars. As soon as you walk in the door you will see that this is going to be a good experience. I was only able to enjoy the comfy waiting room tv for a few minutes before I was taken on a quick office tour and brought to my private exam room.

I like this.... A LOT. My previous dentist had a more "open air" exam room situation I did not care for.

The reason for my visit was a cleaning and preliminary exam for a broken molar crown. I was expecting a minimum 2 week wait for this, but Dr. Randol and his assistant were able to due the prep work & mold same day, which was greatly appreciated, saving me a wait and a second visit.

Jenny was my hygienist, and was she ever wonderful: Did a really terrific job with no pain/no trauma.
I found her to be very friendly, comfortable to be with, and highly competent in her work. I loved the fact she did not "chat" my ear off (like my last hygienist), so I could just lay back & relax and pretty much just daydream and let my mind wander as she worked. She pointed out a couple areas of concern, which we later discussed with Dr. Randol.

He fully addressed these issues, and in the end I walked out of Dr. Randol's office feeling just great. My return visit for the cementing of the crown was just as nice.

I dont do many reviews online, but this office was exemplary.

I am so happy I gave his office a try, and recommend them without reservations for all your dental needs! Gentle work and a pleasant place...
For people who have fears of dental exams/work: This is the place.

Office staff and dental assistant were very friendly and helped me relax instantly. The doctor was friendly, yet professional and explained the type of work I would need.No work, just xrays and exams which were free because I am a new patient and was referred by another patient. Scheduled a much needed repair for my front tooth in time for the holidays!

Have been dealing with a tender molar. They took care of me with professional courtesy and made me feel like an important patient from opening the door until I closed the door after the patient.
I highly recommend their services. My family and I might see ya there!! ;-)
