Service by the techs was good... disappointed in the front office. They used to have a 5 % courtesy discount, for paying your bill in full at time of service. Our bill was over $600, but that courtesy is no longer offered. We did not receive a copy of our CC receipt - I made a partial payment since there was no incentive to pay it all at once, and upon leaving the practice, were given a "patient route sheet" for another patient - no wonder I couldn't figure the bill out!

Best dental practice.....EVER. If you believe in the adage "You only get once chance to make a first impression", then you will be as pleasantly surprised as I was. From the time I walked in as a new patient, the staff was very welcoming and even gave me a quick tour of the facility. Brooke, my dental assistant took my x-rays and was very nice. Dr. Randol is the consummate professional - kind, courteous, and reassuring. He gave me a comprehensive exam on my first visit and explained a treatment plan for me. I never felt like I was being rushed in order to get the next patient in the chair. Dr. Randol took the time to explain everything and asked several times if I had any questions. Upon exam completion, Dr. Randol gave me his business card where he hand wrote his personal cell phone number on the back in case of emergencies..........I mean, who does that? A doctor that sincerely and genuinely gives a sh*t, that's who. I now know first hand why Dr. Randol's practice has been consistently voted, year after year, as Roseburg's #1 Dentist.

Best dentist in Roseburg area. The staff here is fantastic. I just completed my second appointment yesterday, which was a routine cleaning. Facilities and tools are very modern and his crew truly cares about your dental health. My hygienist took the time to show me and explain to me how my habits were causing my gums to recede and recommended several solutions. She recommended some items I could purchase, but I never got the impression she was trying to sell me something, quite the opposite in fact. She offered info on the product they sold, but encouraged me to shop around and even offered me a manufacturers coupon. All this while conducting a thorough, painless, and excellent cleaning. Two thumbs up for Randol Alanson M DDS and the team!

As far as dental work goes. Dr gaunt and dr Randall are great.. their finance lady on the other hand not so good... it’s like pulling teeth to get her to work with me on any kind of payments. Then when she does, I set up a payment plan for automatic payments. Then somehow I never set it up and they never received payment.. so my money went somewhere.. this is the 4th time in 4 months I’ve called to set up automatic payments and a month later.. I somehow don’t have payments set up and they haven’t gotten their money... very aggravated with this office!

I'm always very nervous when I see a dentist. This appointment was no different until the moment I walked through the door. I felt welcomed and the office and clinic staff were very inviting and engaging. Dr. Gant took her time and the appointment did not feel rushed. I would recommend this practice to all my friends and family.

These guys are awesome... I had an emergency and they were able to fit me into their schedule on the fly when my last dentist wouldn’t. Dr. Gaunt was very professional and the all of the staff was eager to help. I am definitely glad I switched over.

Great service unless you are on Oregon health plan. I had insurance through work, they worked on my son anytime no problem. Lost job from covid , got insurance through state and they dropped him immediately. Hope their children don’t ever experience this. Now we wait for a new dentist who can’t see him for months.

A word of warning regarding treatment plans and estimates. They do not verify insurance coverage actual amounts. I was told it is my responsibility to call the insurance company and provide them codes from the treatment plan to see what they will cover. This was not communicated to me when I paid what I was told the balance was then....funny how things change though. We received a nice 550 bill right after Christmas, after being told at the time of service that we had a 4 dollar credit 2.5 months ago. We won't be back. No accountability and no apologies made. Poor customer service at billing and front desk-they need to communicate better
