I was in for a cleaning today. I parked my car and called to let them know I was there. I waited perhaps 5 minutes, and Jenny came out to get me. Never, have I ever waited long when I have an appointment. I was asked the covid questions by phone yesterday, and today. Jenny took my temperature, then we went in. Jennie wore all the proper PPP, and I always feel safe here. I have also had good continuity of care here. I think Jenny is exceptional. She is friendly, efficient, and attentive to detail. She never fails to check out any problem, even if I may feel it is minor. The lady dentist, who seems to have great rapport with all whom she works with, checked a spot for me I was wondering about, and she was the same nice dentist I had before. (so sorry I can't remember her name) Bottom line: I have nothing but praise to give. I always feel comfortable and at ease.

I think most people feel a little tense when you go to the dentist, I’m one of those for sure. But my hygienist was fantastic. I’ve had good ones in the past, but today was the best. I’m disappointed I didn’t catch her name. She was friendly, easy to talk to, listened when I told her about my tricky spots, and didn’t zing my exposed roots at all. I’ve always thought the ladies at Dr Randol’s office were great, but this gal wins. Truly though, I haven’t had a bad experience at this office, and neither have my kids.

Consistently excellent experience at Dr. Randol's. Highly professional and caring folks. Dr. Randol was my dentist for 5 yrs while I lived in S. Oregon. Moved to Portland 5 yrs ago and I have tried ( unsuccessfully ) to find a comparable situation. Finally gave up and decided that it was worth the 3-hour drive to see him and his staff again. Glad that I did!

Extremely compassionate and much more care than I expected .
I have not been to a Dentist since 2002 and was very nervous for this visit. The assistant set the overhead TV, offered music, darkening shades, and very friendly conversation that helped set me at ease. I was asked many times during the appointment if I had any discomfort.
I came in for the FREEdom Veteran event where I assumed I would just receive a check-up. While I was there they took care of the pain/discomfort I was having by taking some x-rays, built-up/fixed my front chipped tooth and the color matched perfectly🥰, and gave me a root canal that was causing a lot of pain.
I will be making FREEdom Dental my Dentist. I felt my insecurities and fear about the Dentist Office was put at ease, I felt NO pain, and the Dentist addressed each step as he proceeded.
