Hello, I feel it's important for all health care professionals to introduce themselves when meeting a new patient. The dental assistant just called my name and told me to follow her, no name introduction or her title. Then the worst part of my dental experience was waiting for 40 minutes alone on the dental chair waiting for the Dentist!!!

I really appreciate Dr. Randol and his staff each time I go in the office. Today, while seeing one of his great dental hygienists for a cleaning, I asked him a question. He spent 10 minutes or so giving me a detailed answer. Great office and providers. Highly recommended!!!

This practice seems to use all the latest equipment and techniques. A little spendy though I feel. After insurance I was billed another $102. for a routine cleaning ... no xrays or fluoride. Friendly staff seem quite professional and competent.

I appreciated the length the entire team included both dentist and support staff went to in order to assure I had all information for both my children. I did not know sleep apnea could have such effects on their oral health and both my children fit the symptoms of possible apnea.
