I'm only giving this place one star, if I could, I would give it a zero . Not because Doctor Randol is a horrible dentist, I never got the opportunity to meet him. But because their office staff is extremely judgmental . If you have any kind of dental aniexty this isn't the place to go to. I walked into their office very stressed out one because I get nervous seeing a dentist, and two, because I just got out of a horrific car accident that did damage to my mouth. My car insurance was suppose to pay for the dental , I was treated with little respect because of my method of payment , anyone with car insurance knows that your entitled to medical and dental with your policy , in my case I was hit by an uninsured motorist and being in the State Oregon we are required to pay monthly for uninsured motorists. From the moment I walked in , Because I was using State Farm , I was judged, as if I was milking my insurance policy, when I'm paying monthly , and deserve the benefits that coincide , with being in an accident. Plus this was the first time I even used my insurance on medical or dental. The reason I'm writing this review, is for someone who maybe in my shoes, and needs to see a dentist due to a tragedy such as an accident, there are other places that will treat you with dignity and respect and not treat you like a deviant. Doctor Randols office gave me a welcome letter upon arrival and the first two sentences are read as followed, "Welcome! Each time you come to our office we want you to have a pleasant and wonderful experience. Your satisfaction and care is our top priority." I left doctor Randols office in tears. My goal in writing this is review, is hopefully change will occur , and that no patient goes through what I went through .

Once again I had a great experience at Dr. Randol’s. Upon checking in I was given 2 nice shopping bags for customer appreciation day. My wait time was short and Sierra did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. I highly recommend Dr. Randol’s office!

Dr. Randol's office and the people who work in it are great! It's very comfortable, with provided water, hot drinks, snacks, and disposable toothbrushes available without asking. Everyone is very polite, friendly, helpful, and knowlegable. The exam chairs have TV screens fitted on the ceiling above the chairs, which can be a helpful distraction (when the dentist or hygienist isn't in the way!)

A very comprehensive first visit oral Evaluation with X-rays. Alexi and team were great and I left with a plan for oral care with estimated costs. Never had this thorough of an exam in 55 years!

Great staff and updated facility. I love my hygienist and Dr. Randol is very thorough and personable. They offer a good payment plan as well which makes it more reasonable for me to get my perio cleanings.

Today was my first visit at Dr. Randol's dental practice. A trusted colleague recommended Dr. Randol and I am so happy I made the call. This is no ordinary practice. I completed forms online and was reminded of my appointment via text. Don't think for a moment that I was treated in a cool or distant 'techy' manner. Each staff member was polite and caring-led by the example provided by Dr. Randol.

Thank you Randol DDS! My Boyfriend has a really bad tooth infection and we had called dentist after dentist, well with everything going on, a lot of dentist aren't accepting calls, or appointments just straight walk ins. Day after day of my boyfriends tooth infection quickly getting worse and worse. I myself had called Randols DDS. asking if they had accepted Umpqua Health Alliance, somewhere along the confusion. The insurance was not accepted.. We we're stuck paying almost $200 out of pocket for exams. Dr. Randols is amazing and had help me work everything out. I just want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH.
