I went to Electric City Dental Care for the first time yesterday. I chose them because they were the cheapest place around, and I'm so glad I did!
Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful, and they made me feel at home. They made time for me even though I called to schedule an appointment that same day, and they saw me within 10 minutes of filling out my paperwork once I arrived. They were also very patient and answered all of my questions. If you're considering finding a new dentist, I would definitely recommend Electric City!

I dropped by Electric City Dental Care this morning to have them review some dental work that was done. I thought there was problem with my Bridge. Dr. Floyd M. Nicholson, was very kind. He assured me it was fine, and they would keep a watch on it and if I had any issues before my next visit to please give them a call. They also assured me that Electric City Dental Care stood by their warranty if it was an Issue with the very expensive work that was done by Dr. Lauriant Azangue. I really love this office. I was their first client to undergo this type of work at the newly open office. It has been a blessing so far. I was very concern after I walked in and found that Dr. Azangue was no longer there. Just not sure if I wanted to continue to be treated there. But after talking with Dr. Hovedia I was convinced that’s where I needed to be. And this morning I met Dr. Nicholson for the first time. Very kind young man. So was his assistant (Kim) the dental hygienist. #Iamverypleased.

I use to be self conscious about my smile. If I ever smiled or laughed, I would cover my mouth, so no one could see my teeth. My previous dentist always made me feel like I was a bad person because of the way my teeth were. So I really had to work up the courage to go to another dentist. I called around and read many review's before I found Electric City Dental. I called & spoke with a patient coordinator, expressed my concerns/fears. I didn't want to leave the office in tears. From that first phone call to the very last appointment, I was treated like family. At my first appointment I was given a cleaning and then this wonderful Dentist came in and examined my mouth. After he was done he asked a simple question, "what did I want?" I replied, "I want a pretty white smile." That's exactly what he gave me!! I had to have some crowns, filings and bridge work. The Dentist broke it down in steps. Showing me the best way to achieve the perfect smile. The staff went thru all the cost, help me find financing and even told me about promotions they were having to help with costs. (I don't have dental insurance) Once everything was in place the entire staff worked with me. From being greeted, teeth bleaching, Xrays to doing the dental work, they all pulled together and made me feel comfortable. A special shout out to JT, you are a blessing! I have never been as happy as I am now. I smile at everyone!! I wish I would have have known about this wonderful dental office years ago. This is the world's best Dentist! I am so proud to call him "My dentist!"

Love the dentist and his assistant they are great! I would give a 5 but took me almost three weeks to get back in for adjustments. Had my messages never answered.

I've been to a lot of dentists. I'm talking about how my mouth looks like a metal-working factory, so I've run the Gambit. Hayley Brown was my hygienist, and she's the best I've ever worked with. She effectively and gently cleared the plaque from the bottom of my mouth (an ever-going battle) and measured my gums. I left with no pain. She would be good for newcomers too, explaining every step along the way. She was friendly and sweet too, and I made sure my next appointment is booked with her. I recommend her as long as you don't steal my spot with her ;)
