From my experience all this dentist office cares about is the "all mighty dollar". They put patient care behind making money. They charged me for a fluoride treatment they didn't even perform.They also said I needed to have two cavities filled but when I was seen by another dentist he said that wasn't true.

My husband and I had an appointment booked 6 months in advance to have our teeth cleaned and examined. We received reminder notifications in the mail and confirmation texts for the appointment, which we promptly accepted. Walked for our appointment and was told that the appointment had been cancelled and the dental hygienist had called and made rescheduled appointments with patients booked for that particular day. I informed the receptionist that I had not receive any phone calls from this office nor any voicemails. She quickly stated that they had the wrong number for us in their system (which they did not) and then proceeded to rush us out of the door after barely writing down our names. While the receptionist did apologize for the inconvenience, it was greatly an inconvenience because we both had to take off from school and work to go this appointment since they are not opened on Saturdays. In the future I hope Electric City Dental ensure that all customers schedule on cancellation days are properly notified and called and the receptionist is more accommodating for individuals with similar situations such as this.

This place is ultra modern. Employees are super professional, and happy, smiling people ( you can tell, in spite of the masks😊) .
It is also absolutely the cleanest dental atmosphere I have ever been in.

This was the best dental experience!! Everything was pleasant down to the cleaning. The staff were so well coordinated that it appeared as if they were dancing. I highly recommend this office!

My son needs a root canal n his whole face is swollen.... He's been passed around between multiple dentists n this one dentist office took him in within a hr.... Keisha n the office manager were amazing.... They treated him like he was theirs n there's nothing more heartwarming then having other people treat ur children like they r theirs.... Thank u

Electric City Dental didn't honor their warranty on fixing my dental work. They also would not honor a coupon they had sent for a percentage off of work they should have done for free. I will not be recommending Electric City Dental to anyone in the future or returning there myself.

The WORST experience I had with these people.... Don't ever go there. These people will rip you off big time. This dentist in Anderson messed up my daughter's case, she was in the worst pain for a whole week. He damaged her nerve while fixing her cavity, and then he had to do the root canal and charge extra $700 for that. SO PLEASE BE AWARE OF THESE ROBBERS.
