I transferred to this dental office from another where I was not treated respectfully or with concern. The front office personnel were friendly and did a good job explaining my treatment plan & insurance coverage. My dental hygienist was caring and very thorough. Also, she didn't hurt me while performing her job. My first impression of my dentist was positive. He was personable, and shared information with me that spoke of his thorough knowledge of the dentistry issue at hand. I think I have found a dental home.
Today I had my teeth cleaned by Amanda Miller at Electric City Dental Care. She has been my dental hygienist since I transferred to Electric City. Rarely would anyone look forward to going to a dental office, but I actually looked forward to seeing Amanda ~ so much so that I went with a gift I made for her and today wasn't the first time. I was crestfallen to learn that she is moving out of state & will no longer be my hygienist. As a client, I will miss her all encompassing professional care. As someone with a Masters in Human Resources Management who worked in supervisory personnel management for years, I would not hesitate to recommend her to any future employer lucky enough to get her.
