Detail and friendly doctor and staffs . I start coming here 2 years ago (the pandemic time). I am comfortable and confident with the services and charges.( no over or hidden charges) . I have been visited here for checkups, filling, crown, Invisiline and now implants .. so far so good . Love the services and staffs

Too man issues to list. Staff was excellent but they
obviously put $$ before patient happiness and well
being. After multiple visits for incorrectly fitting
uppers and lowers I was told I needed a refit and
full adjustment. What they NEVER bothered to tell
me until it was time to get this done is I would be
charged almost $800 additional dollars to have this
issue corrected. During the first four months of
going every 1-2 weeks to try to improve the fit the
Dr nor the staff said anything about additional cost.
I have been unable to wear my brand new lower
dentures since the day I received them and still
cannot. The upper dentures feel like they are twice
as big as they should be. One of the happiest days
of my life turned into one of the worst nightmares.
BIGGEST mistake I have ever made. Thank you to
Electric City Dental for making me unable to eat
anything that is not basically the texture of water
and helping me loose almost 60 pounds that I really
didn't need to loose. I have not received a phone
call, email or text message to check on my status
since the day I told them I would not/could not pay
that much monev up front. Honestly showed me
where their heart and passion is……it's in the cash
register.

Well I myself have no need for a dentist however my y younger brother had come to me telling me about needing some impacted wisdom teeth to be removed. So I did what I do best and pulled up local emergency clinic type locations that was "compassionate" only to see Electric city dental care appear and after reading a few reviews I could sense that they were the correct folks to contact. They made time within the same day for my brother which gave him such big relief earning me a thank you to which I said "no the thanks goes to the folks at Electric city dental care because they came in clutch! As an army veteran myself it's nice to see that there are still decent citizens.

Had a crown fall off, made a new one. Been bleeding around it for a week. At the same Time a girl cleaned my teeth harder than I’ve ever had before. Broke the tooth she was grinding on and had to have pulled by a specialist. Went back to talk to the girl, already terminated!! Dentist didn’t offer any compensation, just wanted me to go see a buddy of his. Stay clear of Electric City power drilling!!!!
