This is Terris mother, her appointment today was very poorly handled today, after driving 40miles or so to this facility, to her surprise, she was informed her dental procedure would not be completed due to "she had waited to long" between her visits, so for a gracious amount of money, she received NOTHING, she has been very sick in the hospital off and on, I can't believe that a professional business can do this to a person without much explanation to her, I would never refer anyone to this facility, she spoke very favorable about her Dentist, this was not a personal conflict but truly poorly directed and communicated, this is absolutely unnecessary to be treated this way, Donna Atwell, Greenville SC

TERRIBLE customer service. The receptionist Armani Louden is extremely rude, unprofessional, and a very miserable woman. I called to reschedule my appointment 24 hrs in advance for a cleaning and was advised that they have a new policy that they started this year where I would have to put a deposit down before rescheduling. I advised her that I never received any paperwork or notification regarding this new policy, I was just advised to call at least 24 hrs ahead of time. Armani continued to give me an extremely hard time and did not try to deescalate the situation. At one point during the conversation she asked, "What don't you understand?" in a rude a condescending tone.
This is not what I consider good customer service. If you have someone that is answering the phone they should possess good customer service skills and they should not sound like they had a bad weekend and hate their job because it's not the customer's fault that they answer phones for a living and hate their life.
