Everyone in this beautiful office is kind, caring and professional. They take their time, make sure everything is perfect before sending you out the door. Procedures are explained so it's easy to understand. Dr Welborn is an amazing dentist, he is very gentle and does exceptional work! For once, I'm excited to go to the dentist!

I was a new patient last month and they treated me so well and like I had been going there forever! Everyone is so nice and so efficient! Fastest filling I’ve ever gotten but yet they continuously made sure I was okay and didn’t feel any pain! I’m so happy to have found Electric City!

I am cursed with trypanophobia (fear of needles). I have not been to the dentist for about 8 years because of this fear. (Gave birth with no pain meds, level fear!) My pain finally brought me in. I was terrified beyond words. The staff were kind, in a genuinely caring manner, and they didn’t make me feel embarrassed or bad about my fear. The dental assistant (Sorry, I don’t remember her name) was amazing. Patient, calm, present but not intrusive. She listened to my inane ramblings as my anxiety was going crazy.
Now, the doctor...
He is a very soft spoken man with an amazing sense of calmness about him. He acknowledged my fear and said that there would be only one shot I would feel. The rest would be unnoticeable. He also assured me he would inform me before that one shot happened. Yeah, right, like I was going to believe that story! I did have nitrous which helped calm my frazzled nerves, but I knew it didn’t block pain. I was prepared for the worst. I think the worst was the naaasssty tasting numbing spray. Well, at least until THE shot. I digress...the Dr. would check for numbness, and one time I felt a tiny jab which I thought was the mirror pulling my cheek a bit too hard. Little did I know he had given me some shots already. He took short breaks between each set of shots and I truly didn’t feel a thing. I won’t lie and say THE shot didn’t hurt. It did! It hurt like crazy! But it was last, after the other shots had been happily at work. I’m sure glad he didn’t do that one first!
The rest of the procedure went smoothly.
I have quite a bit of work that needs done, and I will (happily?) go back. I may even try it without nitrous...maybe...

Went to ECD because my own dentist was closed due to holiday hours. I could not have been treated better! Everyone was kind, professional and compassionate. Even though I had to have a root canal which isn’t always a pleasant procedure, dr. Hoveida (sp) made sure I was completely numb. And JT kept me entertained and informed during the whole time I was there! I definitely recommend this place and would use them again for me or my family!

Anyone that knows me knows I hate the dentist but going to Electric City Dental makes me feel comfortable with their friendly and family-like atmosphere. There's not a long wait time before your appointment which I love because we all know we can't stand to have an appointment and have to sit there forever before name being called.
