I put several requests in online at different dentists in Anderson on Sunday due to severe tooth pain. Received a call from Electric City early on Monday morning. They had me in there within a couple of hours. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated with kindness and compassion. I told the dental assistant, I believe her name was Nikki, about some horrible dental experiences I have had which is why I've dealt with the pain in my mouth for so long and neglected several areas that need to be fixed. Dr. Hoveida then came in and determined I needed a root canal. The lady then came back with my treatment plan and I felt dread bc I knew I could not afford what needed to be done. She put her hand on my shoulder and said we will figure this out and Nikki said we will do everything in our power to make sure you do not leave here in pain. She came back with a payment plan that worked! Nikki had then passed along my horrific experience to Dr. H and he ensured me that would not happen there. The procedure was amazing(well as amazing as a root canal can be). They made sure I was comfortable from start to finish and the dr talked to me like I was a person. Absolutely the best dental experience I have ever had! Makes me feel very confident that I can get the rest of the work done that I need. I would recommend this whole group of people to anyone. The way I was treated was beyond words!!! I am forever grateful. So if you need a new dentist I would definitely call Electric City

Amid COVID-19, this office's staff was very efficient and careful to inform patients of the risks. Staff were properly clothed in PPE and had no waiting room of patients. Thanks for taking the nation's current emergency and patients' health seriously.

Went in for a cleaning and they try to sell you extra services; you have to stop them or else you'll get charged. Felt like an infomercial. Had a filling done, and I felt a sharp pain for 5 months after. They repeatedly tried to grind and fix it, before telling me I needed a root canal (which permanently kills the tooth), without asking for a second opinion.
Changed to a different dentist who drilled and re-filled the tooth and it hasn't hurt since. This place is okay for cleanings, but I wouldn't get any dental work done here.
