I had 8 amalgams removed by Dr. Jones. They were the 2nd place I went to to get an estimate for the removal process and though they were a little more expensive than the other Dentist I looked at, I felt much more safe and at ease there with Nina Foley Dental Associates. You can tell they love what they do, they are very thorough with the entire process.

Getting your amalgams removed is a huge deal and they are the best at it. I felt so safe in my decision and they reassured me so much along the way. It can be scary watching youtube videos before you get your amalgams removed, but a few people there have actually had them removed themselves and Sue specifically helped to ease my mind.

For my appointment, I went under oral sedation to get all 8 amalgams removed at the same time. When I woke up, we were at the final stages of my appointment. My teeth looked amazing and they were super accommodating with adjusting my bite afterwords.

I can't imagine going to anyone else in the future!

First rate treatment! Clearly this practice values being on the leading edge of technology and excelling in customer service. Twice I had procedures and both times the dentist called later in the day to see how I was doing and to check on my status. I had mercury fillings that were very old and deteriorating replaced. From all I read about replacing mercury fillings, they were complete in their approach (ventillation, system, mouth guard, activated charcoal, advanced immune protection...I'm sure I'm missing something) that assured me. ALSO, with all the extra procautions in place, they handled my normal dental work anxiety well.

I look forward to going to the dentist! That may seem sad but as a busy mother of three I'll take any down time. Especially when I know it's super important to my overall health and I'm being pampered as well. Warm blankets, a comfy chair, a flat screen TV on the ceiling and even nitrous if you want/need it. Or you can wear headphones and listen to music and relax while having your teeth cleaned and cleaned very gently. They have state of the art equipment and technology to make sure their clients are comfortable and have super healthy teeth and gums. Did I mention the Starbucks coffee and the Internet bar? We've been going to Dr. Foley for 8 years and wouldn't trust our teeth to anyone else!

They do a better job than anywhere else I’ve ever been. Staff is awesome - and they use noticeably better upgraded equipment and technology than other places. This is the first time I’ve ever been able to see visual representations of changes between visits.

Also: the Covid precautions are top notch. They went way over the top with safety in that respect, and I appreciate that as someone who is routinely around others in high risk categories.

and all the staff members did everything they possibly could to put me at ease.

If you have always been afraid to go the the dentist as I have been,this is the place for you! Dr. Jones and all the staff were not only professional but very caring and kind.

I absolutely recommend this office to everyone.

My experience was excellent as usual. Dr. Jones and his dental assistant were professional and friendly. Dr. Jones assistant (do not recall her name) was very helpful in helping me decide type of lower denture was best for me.

I went to Dr. Nina Foley's office today with my jaw clenched and my hands tightly clasped; I was terrified. I have had an unbelievable amount of extremely awful experiences with Dentistry, to say the least. After meeting Dr. Foley during a presentation she did for a Hashimoto's Support group I attended I knew there was something very different about her.
My first impression was that this beautiful woman was unimaginably brilliant. She was the most well rounded, educated person I have met. Her passion and drive for what she offers is not close to being matched by any dentist I have ever known. I must admit that my standards were so low it wouldn't be difficult to please me but she and her staff went so far above and beyond my expectations I cannot stop talking about it.
When I walked into the office this morning the second I walked through the door a feeling of peace and relaxation overwhelmed me. I was greeted by several beautiful people with kindness that even outshined their perfect smiles. I was addressed by my name at all times and was treated as if I were a guest in their home. The receptionist directed me to an electronic check in computer to confirm my information which was so much better than cramping my hand with redundant paperwork. I sat in the lobby for about 3 minutes enjoying the comfortably modern environment. When I was called back to my seat in THE CHAIR (what I used to believe was only made for torture) I was asked personal questions with care and consideration. Mrs. Betsy Welch, RDH, genuinely cared about my life and the details that only a close friend would have a caring ear for. She and Crysti Sullins, RDA, spent more time with me than any physician of any sort has ever offered. I did not feel an ounce of fear, anxiety, or discomfort. They must have taken 50+ pictures of every angle of my teeth just to be certain they didn't miss a spot. Of course they didn't charge me an arm and leg for these! This was the first time I started with tears rolling down my cheeks. Once Betsy and Crysti finished their exam Dr. Foley came in and took her time to explain everything to me. I have gone to multiple dentists this year so I know 100% for a fact that she was completely honest with diagnosis and treatment options. She answered questions related to conditions I have that most doctors haven't familiarized themselves with yet. She has actually won awards for being the most educated (or continuing education) dentist in the state of TN! Well, go figure, this was the next time I had tears rolling down my face. I was so happy to finally find someone (and a whole group of "someone"s) whom actually was there to help ME!
Once she was finished answering any and all questions I had and Betsy explained the cost of treatment with every possible option, I was escorted to the beautifully decorated conference room to sit down with Ms. Sue Erwin. She had already worked everything up for me with financial arrangements, plan of action, and did not force me to schedule my next appointment. She did not once make me feel like I owed them anything in return for their kindness and hospitality. As I was leaving she made copies of everything for me and put them in a lovely folder. Everyone said their goodbyes to me and I got to have that much anticipated Starbucks coffee with organic hazelnut creamer from the dispensary they have in the lobby!
Overall, if you are considering becoming a patient of Dr. Foley and her office... WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?! Time that is passing is time you could be having this experience and learning about how essential oils, and nutrition can positively effect your life and how to safely remove mercury and other toxins in your mouth! To be literal, it could change your life. I know it has definitely changed my perception of dentistry. I have a lot of work to do but I am completely confident that I am in beyond capable hands.

Over 15 years ago, I visited Dr Foley as a friend had used her for dental work in the past. I had NO PAIN in my teeth. Simply a check up. By the end of the "check up", she had explained to me that I had 2, in some cases 3, fillings on every side of my mouth that needed immediate replacement. She scared me into thinking that my teeth were on the verge of rotting away at any moment and I had to have these (very expensive) repairs done ASAP. So, of course, I assumed she was right. I set up a payment plan and had the work done. I got through 3 sides of my mouth and then had to delay the 4th due to a pregnancy. We moved out of town shortly after our son was born. I have since seen FOUR different dentists over the years. Every one of them has said I got ripped off. Still haven't had the final work done. No rotting teeth yet. I would put her on par with an ambulance chasing lawyer, personally.

These people are on another level. Unmatched in professional care and incredibly kind. You’ll be in capable hands from start to finish and you’ll always be made to feel welcome and cared for. This is what dental care should be! A pleasant experience every time.

Our entire family has been going to Dr. Jones for several years now. I would never consider changing. His entire staff are the sweetest people. They are very professional and very advanced with their technology not to mention their holistic view. This is extremely important to me and my family.
