I had some of my first dental work ever done at this place. The atmosphere is so relaxing! I got to listen to worship music and had a blanket. Eric is extremely attentive and makes you feel like everything is under control and taken care of- you’re in good hands! Dr. Estes also is very calming and comes across as a very honest and trustworthy dentist! All the staff here are very kind, and I am really glad I found this place for my dentistry! God bless!!

We had the best experience at NRD. My three year old had two fillings and came out so happy and smiling! They are so comforting and really made me feel at ease as a mom. She even said Mr. Eric was her best friend. We love all of the staff and have switched our entire family over to them! It is top notch and aligns with our holistic healthcare values as well. Highly recommend for the whole family!

As always my dental visit was exceptional. From the time I walk in the door and throughout the whole office I am greeted just as I am a close friend! They always know my name and do the little extras that make me feel special. My hygienist Cassie is very thorough and seems to really care about me and my health! I can't say enough about Dr. Foley, Dr. Jones and the entire staff. I won't go anywhere else! Go visit and see for yourself; you will love them!

Once again a great experience at NRD! My son had surgery to release an upper lip tie 5 years ago and I was here today to have an inlay done on a molar. This office uses the latest technology and I remembered that from 5 years ago so they were my first phone call to get a 2nd opinion on a tooth. Even though I didn’t go to school for dentistry, dental hygiene, etc., I do feel it’s important to ask questions and make INFORMED decisions about your health. This dental practice fits that description of making informed decisions. They explained beforehand what would happen in detail and then explained as we were going what they were doing each step of the way. I was never talked down to, and given plenty of time to ask questions and have them answered. Compassionate care is what I have experienced, and I will definitely return for any dental procedures in the future.

I had the mercury removed from the left side of my mouth today. I am in the process of getting an implant and the rest of the mercury removed. Dr. Estes is absolutely wonderful with these procedures. He calls and checks on me after each procedure. Sue and Cammy are so welcoming and efficient. Eric is JUST the BEST assistant ever. I cannot explain how kind and professional he is. This entire staff is the best I have ever encountered. I am very comfortable and feel well taken care of. I would highly recommend them for ALL of your dental needs.

My family has gone here for years and I have nothing but great things to say about this office. The staff feel like family to me! During this difficult time, they are going above and beyond to make us feel safe, taking extra precautions. You can trust this office to keep you and your family safe during this pandemic and during ordinary times as well. Don’t wait, to see them! They will change the way you feel about dentist visits, I promise!

Every time we come we not only are greeted and loved on by an amazing caring staff but we are well taken care of with the cleanest and most professional team. Dr estes and Eric are beyond amazing at what they do and the perfect team. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a dentist who listens and is excellent at their work!

I am highly appreciative of the level of care I receive at Nashville Restorative in Franklin. My hygienist, Cassie is especially considerate in accommodating some unusual health issues I am navigating (including acute chemical and EMF sensitivities). Cami and every other staff member with whom I have interacted are always genuinely friendly and courteous. Dr. Ryan has been very respectful when I slow-tracked some restoration work in the past due to other health issues.

I am grateful to have found a holistic dental practice to complement my integrative and functional medicine care. Do not be reluctant to ask questions and request accommodations at this practice. They get it!

FYI on natural sanitation practices-In 2020 I learned from Dr. Ryan that they were using a commercial Ecolox to generate hypochlorous acid for disinfection practices. I had just ordered home use units and was carrying Briotech spray to use as hand sanitizer. :) Look 'em up if you want to ban Clorox and other toxic cleaning chemicals from your living spaces.

During today's visit I passed a new industrial air purifying tower after being blitzed with the smell of deodorizer spray from the rest room. More strong fragrance was encountered a bit further down the hall, but then Cassie's station was blissfully neutral. As I left I detected NO fragrance from either area. It gave me pause, so I stopped to ask about the new unit. I was told there were also smaller units throughout the space. Incredibly, it had neutralized both "threats" in the time I was having my teeth cleaned. Impressive! Unless you are chemically sensitive you may not fully appreciate how difficult it is to remove synthetic fragrances!

NRD has been our dental office for the last 5 years. Dr. Jones and his team consistently go above and beyond. The office is beautiful and the patient rooms are super cozy. I appreciate their approach to whole health dentistry and how it impacts our overall quality of life. I have my teeth cleaned every 4 months and have had a few fillings, which were super easy and stress free. When my son was born we had a lot of issues with painful breastfeeding. Dr. Jones diagnosed our son with a tongue tie. He did a tongue tie revision on him using laser and gave us a list of exercises to preform during recovery. Thanks to Dr. Jones we have been able to continue breastfeeding for a full year. I was a very worried mommy handing over my brand new baby for a procedure, but every staff member was kind and supportive; assuring me that they would take great care of him. If youre looking for a dentist who cares about his patients then youve found the right one.

A+ experience and treatment. I was apprehensive since it had been awhile from my last dental visit; however Dr. Jones and his team made me feel completely at ease. They explained my treatment schedule, options and recommended at home preventive care I could easily follow. This is truly the first time I’m not dreading going to the dentist; plus have a real understanding of my own dental health.
