I highly recommend this office!
Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful, from the dentist Dr. Estes, his dental assistant Eric Jackson, and Sue who worked with me on the financial side.
I had 13 amalgam fillings that were causing me health problems and I chose this office due to the amount of safety precautions they take when removing the dangerous mercury that was in my previous fillings. I spent hours at a time getting them removed and Dr. Estes, and Eric Jackson made the experience as pleasant as 9 hours of dental work could be!
(I don’t often write reviews but this office definitely deserved it, I can’t say enough kind words about everyone who works there)

Even though I live two hours away, I will never go to any other dentist as long as I live in the Southeast! It is well worth the drive and the quality of care from not only the doctor but also all of the staff members is just absolutely amazing. I have finally found a great dentist! This is the most pleasant dental experience I've had as an adult. From the time you walk in the door, until you leave, the entire staff treats you with the utmost kindness. Cassie (Hygienist) explained everything & was very careful. Tonya (RDA) was also very careful & made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Tonya & Dr. Jones spent hours correcting work that I'd had done by another Franklin dentist. Dr. Jones even called later that evening to see how I was doing. I would absolutely recommend.

Dr. Estes and all of the staff at Nashville Restorative Dentistry were amazing. Eric, who assisted Dr. Estes, spent time to show me around the facility and, when finished, spent a good amount of time talking to me and answering questions.
Then, when I met Dr. Estes, we spoke about options and procedures. He was thorough in his explanations and helped me decided on the procedure that was best for me. It was nice to have someone that actually seemed to care and not just rush out of the office. But, the most impressive thing was the whole body wellness approach that he took. And the understanding that not all procedures are necessary.

Before I decided where to go for mercury removal I visited 4 other dental offices. Walking into NRD I immediately know that was the right place. Everyone there makes you feel like old friends (that’s why I don’t want to refer to “staff”) Dr. Estes was excellent and his confidence in solving my dental issues gave me great comfort. You should come here! I have to say I have never been a fan of the dentist and avoided it for years, BUT Dr. Estes was great! The whole team was amazing! Special thanks to Betsy and Eric for being super friendly and putting me at ease! They give an honest and very thorough exam, and were able to get me in right away to start fixing up my teeth.
