Dr. Estes and Eric Jackson are the best most professional and caring people I have ever worked with in any medical situation. Everyone from admin staff to assistants to hygienists to the doctors themselves are personable, friendly, make you feel like a “regular”, and genuinely care about your oral care. In addition to being extremely knowledgeable, the technology is state-of-the-art. The holistic approach is quite refreshing. Anyone who suffers from “Dentist anxiety” - this is the place for you. Every experience has been amazing. I live 20 miles North of Nashville, and do not hesitate to make the trek to Franklin for my oral care. Nashville’s best for sure!
