I wish that I could give more than 5 stars to Dr. Jones and Nashville Restorative Dentistry! I have been going for a long time, but moved to Memphis and had to have a dental procedure done. I had to go to my first dentist that was not with Dr. Jones and crew and lets just say the Memphis experience was a terrible experience (that is being nice). Dr. Jones and Eric as his assistant, were able to get me in to work on me and completely fixed the issue! I WILL drive the 3 hours every single time from now on, shoot I would drive any amount of time to go to this office. You will not be disappointed with them and will want to come back. The whole crew is incredible and amazing from both Doctors, hygienists, assistants, and office staff! They treat you like family and truly care about making you comfortable, because as we all know going to the dentist can be stressful. I 1 MILLION percent recommenced Nashville Restorative Dentistry to anyone.

After not going to the dentist for YEARS I was finally having some pain that I knew needed to be addressed. This may sound over the top but NRD changed my life. I hate going to the dentist and especially when it comes to surgical procedures.
The staff was so warm and kind. And the doctors are top notch. I ultimately did end up needing to get my wisdom teeth and a previous bad root-canal extracted and the process was 10x better that I could have ever hoped. Virtually no pain after surgery and Dr. Jones and the staff have continued to check in on my recovery.
At this point, I will never stop going to NRD. I would suggest that anybody who is afraid or apprehensive in any way of dental work giving NRD a visit.

This was by far the best experience I've ever had at a dentist office. Especially getting a tooth pulled out. They were very clear and professional yet fun and personable. Everyone was kind and patient. And the dentist Caleb Estis, called me the next day personally to see how I was doing. They will be our dentist moving forward. When I moved to the Nashville area, the task of finding a new dentist seemed daunting- but after viewing the NRD website and speaking on the phone with Cami to schedule- I knew it was going be a great choice. They are even better in person than they seem on their website- and I feel truly cared for not just as a patient but as a person! I have been going to them for 5 years now and I actually ENJOY going to the dentist! I also love everyone at NRD so much that despite moving across the country to Phoenix, I am still flying back to Nashville for my twice yearly cleanings! The care and kindness are more than worth the cost of my flights!

Today I had a schedule cleaning and a follow up visit to some dental work I had done a month ago for the first steps for an tooth implant. I have been to this office for two years now including getting 4 teeth removed and every time the front desk staff Cami is always so welcoming and take the moment to say hello and how are doing.
Today and several times before I have been with Cassie and she is super friendly, helpful and does great work. I would like to say in the past I have seen Eric and he is just as great at his job. When you check out you have a moment with Sue and even though she takes my money each time I feel she is also not just a person responsible to charge you for the services but a person that caps off the visit with another friendly caring face.
It seems to not only be a place to get good honest dental work but a place you can feel like you belong and are a valued customer!
Dr Ryan Jones runs a great office and can follow that up with great dental work. He has been knowledge and informative each and every time I'm in the office. He is able to explain and break down the procedure to a point I feel I understand my options and again feel his honest caring feelings. Like I mentioned above I'm in the middle of the tooth implant process. Each and every step has been well communicated and while considering the cost and the difficulty of this procedure I'm completely confident I would go nowhere else to get it done!
I highly recommend and well.... unfortunately I will be back (its a dental office, I would hate to visit too often)
