Nashville Restorative Dentistry

VERY thankful that I made the 1.5 hour drive to see the NRD team! My local dentist referred me to get 2 root canals done after an old trauma to my teeth. I wanted a second opinion and after a very thorough and professional evaluation the team at NRD determined that I didn’t actually need root canals done and gave me different options for a solution. Highly recommend!

Dr. Jones and the staff of Restorative Dentistry are truly the best of the best at what they do. As one with a complete phobia of Dentists, they made me feel very comfortable and at ease during my visits. A very special thanks again to Cammie, Bettie, Sue and Dr. Jones for making me feel like I was their most important patient while I was in their care. Can't speak highly enough of these fine ladies and gentlemen

I went to see Dr. Jones and his team about 3 years ago when I moved to the area, and I have been blown away from the first visit. I will never go to another dentist for as long as I live in the Franklin/Nashville area. It would not be an exaggeration to say that Dr. Jones and his staff are some of the kindest, most professional people I’ve ever met. Not only are they exceptionally good at what they do, but every member of the team is genuinely wonderful (and I’ve had a bit of work done, so at this point I’ve pretty much had a chance to meet all of them!!). In 3 years, I’ve been in for a gum graft, Invisalign, regular cleanings, and we also had Dr. Jones fix my daughter’s lip-tie (which has helped her IMMENSELY), and every interaction with their team has been wonderful. Oh, and did I mention I have a 4 year old girl who loves going to the dentist?? The staff is so gentle with her, and does a great job of putting her at ease. What a blessing to have found this place. I am so thankful for the great care I (and my wife and kids) have received at Nashville Restorative Dentistry for the past 3 years. Honestly, can’t recommend these guys highly enough!!!

Been going to Nashville Restorative for several years and they do an excellent job. Crowns are expensive, but I hope they last long and serve me well. Overall, very professional and caring Dental practice.

Members of my family have been patients with Nashville Restorative Dentistry for 5+ years. I have nothing but affirmations and accolades for the personnel and professionalism of this practice! Dr. Jones, Dr. Estes, Danielle, Eric, Cami, Sue, Pam, Ellen, Cassie, Betsy, Tonya.....they're all outstanding and exemplary in their fields of knowledge and patient care.

Recently, however, my out-of-state, graduate-level college daughter experienced a dental emergency. As you would imagine, the available time for the necessary restorations was not part of the graduate level program schedule. In desperation I called this office, explaining the needed care and imploring their help. Given the extensive nature of the work and my trust in this team to do it PROPERLY, I believed the best option was sedative dentistry in which the work could be done in 1-2 days.

In short notice, this team went to work on my daughter's behalf. Now keep in mind, she had been living away from home for some time and thus was not a patient on record at this office. Where other offices may have justifiably denied her access to care, Nashville Restorative Dentistry's approach toward her healthcare challenge appeared to anchor from a "how can we" perspective placing the patient care , compassion, and concern as a priority.

In the end, the scheduling challenges, new patient challenges, dental emergency challenge, and time challenges were all overcome and this team displayed their outstanding abilities in the field of dentistry! In one day, 9 hours of sedation dentistry with Dr. Estes, and Danielle, with Eric to tag team giving Danielle enough time to grab an PB&J sandwich, my daughter's work was masterfully completed. I say masterfully because the depth of knowledge this team possesses collectively and the professional care that they extend to their patients is EXTRAordinary!

In short, no matter where on the dental care spectrum you fall, from a routine cleaning to an emergency dental restoration, you will never go wrong by placing your trust and resources into the care of this practice. I simply cannot sing their praises enough. The entire staff is caring, compassionate, and kind as well as professional, knowledgeable and cutting edge!!

Due to some real anxiety and hesitation, I had put off having a crown put on one of my teeth. Wanting to get another opinion, my research led me to Nashville Restorative Dentistry, even though it is about 2 hours from my residence. When I called the first time, I was a nervous wreck - stuttering and rambling. Cami was so warm and friendly, she put me at ease, and guided me through what I needed to do. I apologized profusely for the way I was acting, but she told me not to worry. I got off the phone, and felt like I had made the right choice.

My first appointment, made me feel the same. Everyone I came in contact with there was just so warm and compassionate. Dr. Jones explained his recommendation to me. He was very honest but incredibly kind. I left there feeling like I knew what my options were and could proceed however I felt was best for me. I did decide to have the work done there, and am so pleased. They were thorough, professional, and compassionate. I felt completely well cared for. I'm so thankful for all of the staff of NRD. They are amazing!!

I found Dr. Jones several years ago and I am so glad I did! The staff at this office is remarkable. They are all so incredibly kind and caring. They always ensure you are as comfortable as possible. I'm terrified of dentist offices and I'm a big baby when it comes to even just a cleaning. They certainly make me feel comfortable and do anything possible to make sure I am well taken care of. I can't imagine going to any other office. They truly care and are incredibly skilled. Dr. Jones always takes his time and makes sure to explain everything thoroughly. Relaxing environment, top notch staff!

I had some extensive work done this week, and it was actually a great experience! Nikki was very professional and informative while I was preparing for my procedures. She made sure I was aware of what would happen and that I was comfortable the entire time! Dr. Jones was also very professional and did an awesome job! My procedures were seamless! I left feeling confident that I knew how to handle what would happen post-op and I am comfortable calling the office if I have any questions!

I have had quite a bit of work done over the past few years here because I have MS and I’m doing EVERYTHING I can to naturally be healthy and kind to my body.
First I had all of my amalgam fillings SAFELY removed and replaced with composite or crowns. I had six or seven so it wasn’t a picnic but I chose not to use gas (which I am sure would have made it a breeze).
A couple of years later I had a gold cap replaced. It was my last ‘restorative’ procedure and I could not be happier about how everything turned out AND how I was treated.
Time here is more like visiting friends than going to the dentist. Amazing, talented people... every one of them!! Thanks again! 😁
*One hint.. IF your teeth are sore too long after having work done, go back and get adjustments. Don’t wait unnecessarily like I did.

Like many people I have a bit of anxiety at the dentist office. The NRD team is professional, competent and friendly. Their patient approach to whole person care helped identify a medical condition of which I was totally unaware. A huge shout out to Cassie, Danielle, Cami and Dr. Jones for their compassionate care. I am so grateful for this team!
