Professional, friendly, family atmosphere. I was completely comfortable in my visit. Not once did I feel any animosity towards me from anyone in the building what so ever. Thanks lady’s ❤️🌹🌹

Coming from Nashville to a different dentist office for some specialist work with a surgeon and the first office had me in tears, the surgeon gave me conflicting advice and when I mentioned that, the dentist office told me "then you're going to have to find somewhere else" so I collected myself and called my step mom's dentist office. River Valley. I spoke to Priscilla and Jamie who were so warm and knowledgeable about what I'm going through, SO willing to work me into their schedule the next day and when I got there, the office didn't look like dentists work there. It was calm colors, a Keurig on the counter, a fridge with water as you wait, NO political news on too-big TVs, it felt like I was going to go back for a massage and cucumbers on my eyes. My blood pressure normally raises in these moments but I was (pardon the pun) cool as a cucumber. I left actually in a better mood than I hot there in, and completely looking forward to my next 3 visits I need to have for this work I need done. Excellent office and Doctor Lens was the definition of what an awesome dentist should be like. I loved my experience here. Highly recommended.

I have a huge fear of the dentist and a needle phobia so I avoided going for 10 years. I finally went in to River Valley and needed a lot of work to get my teeth back in shape. I let Dr. LeeAnn and the hygienist Katelyn know about my needle fear and they did everything possible to make me comfortable from making sure I had medication to keep me calm, to hiding the tray of instruments when I came in, to letting me know when to close my eyes so I wouldn't see the needles. I'm so thankful because I've never had someone be so considerate and make dental work I had been dreading a lot less scary. Everyone is so kind and welcoming from the receptionists to the team actually working on my teeth. As far as everything else, the office is super clean, minimal discomfort during procedures, refreshents in the waiting room, and helpful payment plans. I'll never go anywhere else.

Very loving, attentive, understanding, thorough and welcoming staff. I will never go anywhere else, but here. They walked me through everything that I needed to get done for my oral health and gave me a talk on my other health issues.i was overcharged somewhere else and I had dental insurance at the time.I found the home for my mouth. A beautiful layout as well!
