Everything is very open, you have a nice view, massaging chairs, tv’s, & their prompt with appointments. We’ve had a cleaning, 2 crowns, & root canal between two people in two months and it’s been the easiest process.

I saw Dr. Tim for a severe cavity which became a potential root canal. I’m generally anxious about any dental procedure let alone a root canal AND this was during our current Covid crisis. Yet, Dr. Tim and his staff go out there way to ensure you are comfortable and are safe. They take your health and the health of others seriously while also somehow making the experience enjoyable! That’s magic!
And Dr. Tim took the time, happily, to answer my many questions. He actually educated me on what he was doing, why and helped explain by showing me my xrays. To actually understand what my dentists was doing and why was a first for me. Then, because of his talent, he was even able to save my tooth!
Fundamentally - Dr. Tim McNeely is passionate about what he does, adept and talented, and has a deep desire to provide the best, least invasive possible care for his patients while also addressing each individual’s many, and diverse needs.

The folks at Crestview got me right in even though I'm from out of town. They offered me the fix I needed to get through my remaining time here in TN. I cannot say enough how pleasant and accommodating the staff and Dr were. Also wrote me a script I picked up at the Ealgreens just up the road where their staff gave me a discount necause my insurance and walgreens didnt match up. Also...BEST VIEW ever from a dental chair. Very nice staff and seems really knowledgeable , also took me at a time when no one else would so maybe my new dental family and last but not least the view from the chair is tranquil
