this is the best dental office I ever visit.first of all Dr, david is very high experienced he got magic hand that you never ever feel that he is working on your tooth. very reasonable price. very good staff working with him. Dr, david will be always my dentist. by the way I lived in Murfreesboro and drive to his office in Smyrna. the trip is worth it to go to his office. again thank you very much dr david.

Dr left before the final fitting/install of a crown, leaving the assistant to finish. According to the next dentist I went to, the crown has very "poor margins" and is quite loose allowing bacteria to enter. Creekview was unwilling to fix it or refund the money, supposedly due to the time that had passed - at least that's what one correspondence from them said. Then they said they definitely wanted "to make it right", I said refund what was paid for that one crown, which is what it would take to replace it, then I never heard from them again. I admit, I had to wait too long during the time that I didn't have insurance and had moved two states away so I couldn't go back to Creekview... that doesn't change or excuse the fact that the work was shoddy at best in the first place. Go somewhere else.
