Dr.D is an amazing dentist. His entire team makes you feel very comfortable and right at home. I had alot of major work done, I had no pain during or after the procedure. I highly recommend him to everyone!

I moved to Murfreesboro about 5 years ago and had horrible anxiety about finding a new dentist. I had visited two dentist that came highly recommended since moving here and both were horrible experiences! They were insensitive and wanted me to get $1000’s of dollars of work done, none of which I could afford! I came to Creekside from a suggestion of a friend in the dental industry, and I must say, they did not disappoint! Crissy was so great and immediately calmed a lot of anxiety I had. She was easy going and listened to all my concerns. She was gentle, which I appreciate and took note of my sensitivities. Dr. McNeely was a breath of fresh air! He was very personable and professional with a touch of humor, which I always appreciate! I left knowing I had found my new dentist! I have never been so excited about a dentist in my life and have shared my experience with everyone I know! Thank you so much Creekside for making going to the dentist an enjoyable experience again!

I went to this dental office looking for a second opinion and they really saved the day for me? Dr . McNeely gave me a a totally different option for my dental issue that had not been given to me by other dentist. This option made so much more sense and cost me thousands of dollars less! He does excellent work and hes so sweet and funny and cute! I also love Crissy! Shes the hygienist and she is the absolute best!!! Everyone at this office is super nice!!

So far I love the experience with everyone!!!! Very professional and compassionate! This last time I was there Dr. McNeely, saved me a lot of money by writing me a prescription on a high dosage of antibiotics to help clear up from a possible root canal . It worked! If it comes back we’ll it won’t be from the lack of not trying... I will refer my friends to them..... Thanks Doc!

The last two visits were quoted almost $2,000 plus. Not really a big fan of Kyle. Kyle seems to lack in communicating with clients. Love the dentist though. Asking for the refund on the credit on file. I am moving on. Thanks for everything else prior to 11/01/2019.

These people were amazing! For not having gone to the dentist in quiet some years, they really left an impression. Welcoming, kind and all around warm people. No judgment, informative, timely and clean. Don’t get me started on the view. I would recommend.

I would sincerely like to Thank Dr. Shafer and the entire staff at Creekview Dental for making room for me and getting me in right after Christmas when I had a serious issue arise. He figured out my problem and worked to get me some relief. They helped more than I can say and I appreciate all they did. This is a great group of people and I will definitely be seeing them again

The receptionist was very kind .polite.. professional...the asst to Dtr Shafer was so caring..helpful..so very sweet... Doctor Shaffer I see why my Parents referred me to him...the most kindest..well spoken..very Intelligent and DEFINETLY a people person . He explains Everything in detail where you Understand looking directly at you..if you needed it and wanted to talk 30 mins longer even if patients waiting..he gives YOU his full attention..time. This Awesome dentist cares very very much about his Patients..The undevided time he spends with you is SO Professional and you honestly know he cares about you! You Rarely find this anymore ESPECIALLY if New Patient...He's just EXTREMELY kind! As long as he's here. I'll NEVER EVER go to anyone else but Dtr Shafer 💕
