Been going here for 7 years. Staff is great, my teeth are always taken care of and (kid you not), I find it relaxing. It's also the nicest dentist office I've ever been to. If you need a new dentist and live/work in Uptown, this is the place!

The guy who cleaned my teeth, An, is awesome. I hope to get him next time too. Super knowledgeable, friendly and efficient in my teeth cleaning. We talked about sports and Vietnamese restaurants in the Dallas area. Highly recommend Luxe Dental and An for teeth cleaning. Very clean place, they practice social distancing, hand sanitizer everywhere, plexi glass up. I felt very comfortable there. Highly recommend!

Luxe Dental is Absolutely astonishing - sophisticated, state of art, and yet very welcoming. Dr. Tracy Nguyen...and Staff is passionate about their time, work, and service, and the patients- It shows in every interaction.

I have dealt with some very severe dental problems most of my life that caused me embarrassment..and constant pain.
I used to dread going to the dentist..but since my first phone call ..and my 4 visits so far to Luxe, all my old fears..and pains vanished.
Now, I enjoy going to My Dentist.

Every question or concern I have is answered. The entire staff is kind, compassionate, and highly skilled. All my visits..and procedures have been positive..with positively awesome results.

I have been going to Luxe Dental for the last eight years. The professional care and technology they have offered me has been the best I have ever experienced in my lifetime ! I highly recommend them and there location is accessible, along with parking and workable hours.

I’ve been coming to Luxe Dental for the last few years. The staff and hygienists are always incredibly nice and do a fantastic job. Dr. Nguyen shows great care with my teeth every time I come in.

Do not go to this dentist. As a 28 year old who regularly sees a dentist and has maintained a healthy mouth, I can say without a doubt that Dr. Tracy Nguyen and Luxe Dental attempted to deceive me. I urge you to read my story below and avoid this corporate practice.

On May 17, 2017, I visited Luxe Dental as part of a regular dental exam and cleaning. As I am new to the area, this was my first appointment with Luxe Dental. Accordingly, X-rays were taken of my mouth prior to any cleaning or dental exam. After completion of the X-rays, I was introduced to Dr. Tracy Nguyen and she immediately reviewed my X-rays. Based upon her review of my X-rays and a quick look in my mouth, she proposed the following treatment plan: (a) 3/4 porcelain crowns and pulp caps for teeth #3 and #4; (b) 3/4 porcelain crowns and pulp caps for teeth #30 and #31; and (c) a deep cleaning followed by three-month cleaning increments for an unspecified amount of time before returning to six-month cleaning increments.

After asking if I had any further questions Dr. Nguyen left and the office manager at Luxe Dental, Amanda Lawson, entered the patient room to discuss my dental insurance coverage and the treatment plan. After I told Ms. Lawson I would like to wait to schedule anything, she checked with Dr. Nguyen if the deep cleaning was recommended now or after the other procedures. Dr. Nguyen recommended I do the deep cleaning after, and thus, I finished my appointment by getting a regular cleaning. The whole experience (over two hours long) made me uncomfortable and I was skeptical primarily because I have not had an issue with my teeth in as long as I can remember (at least 10+ years). Furthermore, I was told that Dr. Nguyen's schedule was filling up fast, and that the first part of my treatment plan would likely not happen until the end of June if I did not book soon; however, the receptionist (after reiterating Dr. Nguyen's busy schedule) happened to notice that a spot just opened up for tomorrow at 8 am. I scheduled the appointment, but felt uneasy about it.

Due to my skepticism, I contacted two friends of mine who recently obtained their DDS at the Texas A&M College of Dentistry. It is my understanding after discussing the treatment plan with dentists, that the treatment suggested (i.e., 3/4 crowns and deep cleaning) would only be necessary under extreme conditions, and is certainly not common for a 28 year old who has been going to the dentist his whole life and has maintained healthy teeth. I immediately called and cancelled my appointment for the next day.

To obtain full closure, I scheduled an appointment with a private practice to get a second opinion. On May 23, 2017, I had a dental exam with [name removed for privacy purposes]. I asked to receive his independent opinion before discussing the aggressive treatment plan proposed by Dr. Nguyen. After reviewing the X-rays taken by Luxe Dental (some of which were not even diagnostic), and examining my mouth, the dentist concluded that my teeth look fine except for a small chip in a dental sealant on a left bottom tooth and a small repair of a filling in a bottom left tooth. I then discussed Dr. Nguyen's treatment plan, for which the dentist seemed shocked by and strongly recommended I do not proceed with any of the suggested procedures. In addition, the dentist noted that he did not believe the insurance company would have paid for these procedures upon review of my X-rays.

Based upon my experience (and other reviews I have seen online), I believe there is evidence that Dr. Nguyen and Luxe Dental have committed fraud. It is clear from my experience that Dr. Nguyen and Luxe Dental attempted to take advantage of someone less knowledgeable and acquire business that did not actually exist. At the very least, I believe there is enough evidence here to suggest that Dr. Nguyen grossly misjudged my situation. Had I gone through with her proposed treatment plan, I would have ruined at least four of my teeth (which did not need crowns) and would have spent thousands of dollars.

I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years for my cleaning with Aubrey and it’s always a pleasant time! She staff is friendly and very attentive. Aubrey is always vibrant and really does an awesome job. I’m looking forward to the continuing care from this amazing dental office!

I am in love with the staff, everyone is so nice & kind and literally one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dentist office. How many people can say they enjoyed coming to the dentist and is looking forward to upcoming appointments!! I will definitely be suggesting the office to friends and family

Dr. Nguyen is the best dentist I have ever met and knows so much about dental care. Hands down, Luxe dental offers the best dentistry services in Dallas. Go see Dr. Nguyen for any dental service and she will use her top of the line technology to take care of you. You will always leave Luxe feeling confident in your dental work and waiting to come back and see Dr. Nguyen again.

I have been going to Luxe Dental for several years now. The hygenists are outstanding, and always give me good guidance for dental care between appointments. Scheduling is very efficient and they have very convenient hours. I am never kept waiting. Billing is the smoothest, most efficient I have encountered in any medical office.
I had some major work done when I first went there that cleaned up a bunch of problems once and for all, so now I just go for routine cleanings.
