They immediately corrected the issue and offered a free whitening. Their employee I spoke with initially was new. Appreciative of their quick resolution and waiving the "fee" I was initially given for canceling.

Long time customer. I travel every week for work and I had to cancel due to travel delays. They charged me $25 for a late cancellation fee. They refused to make an exception. When I told them that I would likely choose another dentist, they didn’t express any need to keep me as a patient.

I’m not paying a $25 cancellation fee to a place to conduct a routine teeth cleaning and to spend only about 3 minutes with the Dentist.

I visited this location on 8/6/2020 and I have nothing but great things to say.

I needed a new doctor since I am new to the area and wasn’t sure of going did tot her pandemic.

They ensured my safety during COVID and everyone in the office wore PPE during my visit.

My teeth cleaning was quick and also painless( I have experienced painful cleanings at other locations)

I would recommend Luxe to anyone who is looking for a new doctor.

All the staff was nice and friendly!

I will be going again, they are my go to!

Aubrey was an incredibly skilled, kind, thorough, and friendly dental hygienist. Dr. Nguyen is everything you want in a dentist: knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and ahead of the curve in every regard. The space is also incredibly beautiful and everything is clean and bright—just like your teeth when you leave!

This office is pretty amazing, Dr. Nguyen was really helpful and extremely informative, I think I've found a dentist for life! My Hygienist An is really good and he actually kept me calm with constant jokes and laughs. I was a nervous wreck when I went in for xrays and left with a big smile (pun intended) on my face!

No one likes the dentist… Until Luxe Dental!! Everything about this office was FIRST CLASS!! Will definitely make this my home dental office!

This review is long overdue as I have been a patient of Dr. Nguyen’s for going on 9 years. I started off as a patient at Luxe Dental and became an employee about a year later. Working at Luxe Dental not only taught me a lot about dentistry but I grew to understand how unique the practice is that Dr. Nguyen operates.

Dr. Nguyen is ethical and passionate about dentistry, and her state of mind that is to improve her patients overall health with the end result being a beautiful smile. Having a beautiful smile starts with a healthy smile.

Dr. Nguyen’s gold standard is evident with every step she takes.... from the appearance & comfort of her office... to the state of the art equipment... to the office staff. Her equipment not only aids in diagnosing existing problems but also detects underlying issues before they arise to the surface, potentially creating more invasive & costly work than originally required.

As the patient during your exam, you are able to see the images of your teeth on a wall mounted screen while Dr Nguyen explains the health of each tooth, things you might need to pay close attention to, or that everything looks great! It is her obligation to educate her patients. She is a perfectionist when it comes to details and works within the highest set of standards. As a patient, you want this from your dentist because unseen/untreated dental problems can lead to a world of other health issues.

Her staff delivers an organized treatment plan that is easy to understand for the patient. The plan may be as simple as scheduling regular cleanings for preventative care. The plan is exactly what it sounds like...it is a plan and letting Dr. Nguyen understand your goals as a patient is just as important as the treatment plan that you are receiving. Keep in mind, oral health is Dr. Nguyen’s goal.

Being respected in the dental community has earned Dr. Nguyen referrals from other dentists who understand the skill set and state of the art equipment required in certain patient cases.

I now work in real estate and live in the Frisco area but I have still see Dr. Nguyen as my dentist because I know that she is the best and she is the only dentist that I will trust with my smile.

My experience was great from arrival to leaving. Everything was very clean and everyone was wearing face mask and covers practicing perfect both for patients and staff. I fell very comfortable and safe.

I was going to Luxe for a few years between 2012-2015. The regular cleanings were pleasant, nothing to report there. In 2013, I had a filling installed on a rear molar and was given the option of composite so I chose that. Fast forward to 2016 and the filling popped out while I was flossing. I called Luxe and their message to me was it's too bad the filling came out - if I want another one it will be full price. 3 years seems like a horrible life span for a filling, and I believe there should be a discount on future work. There was also an issue when the filling was installed where they messed up the surface of my tooth. I had to go back for 3 subsequent visits to have an annoying roughness in the tooth surface dealt with. So now I have a nice gap in that molar and if I want them to fix the work they obviously didn't do right, it will be full price. Shame on Luxe.

I just had my teeth whitened and it was so quick and easy! The process was much easier than I expected and I had no sensitivity. The office is also taking lots of COVID-19 precautions and I felt very safe being there. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Nguyen and the Luxe dental staff have been very kind and helpful to me and they have taken great care of my teeth. I’ve been afraid of the dentist since I was a kid and Luxe dental has made me much more comfortable and at ease than I’ve ever been in a dental chair.
