Bad bad bad, do not go to Dr. Connor my wife went for a crown that fell out 2 weeks after he had put it in, unfortunately at the time the crown fell out the Dr. was out on vacation and would not return for 2 weeks, his backup dentist had to place a temp crown. When my wife went back for her scheduled appt with Dr. Connor on a Wednesday at 2:30pm the office was closed, and she kept getting a voicemail saying they were out to lunch from 12:30-2pm. The staff finally opened the office at 2:38, and she was finally seen. Dr. Connor had bad bedside manner didn't apologize for tardiness or incident, also no explanation was given as to why the crown may have fallen out. He then put the permanent crown in had the hygienist take an x-ray, and no procedure was given on how to take care of the crown. Bye Bye Dr. Connor my wife and I will not return to you.

I took my two girls to Dr Conner. Everything went fine at first during the first few visits. Office was nice. My oddest daughter had problems with a back tooth Dr Conner said she needed a root canal, said he would send her somewhere else because he normally didn't do root canals but decided to do it after all. After the root canal my daughter continued having pain and light swelling for weeks. The Dr seemed upset that she still had pain. He would say it would go away and it never did and seemed visibly upset that my daughter was still having pain said she was exaggerating. Soon his staff started getting an attitude as well when we would go in or call. He sent her to a specialist far out on the eastside a older man. I called the office asking to maybe send us somewhere close to where we live they said no we had to go. We go way out there for the older man just to look in her mouth and tell her to keep brushing. No exrays nothing on why she might be in so much pain. And when I first got to the eastside office Dr Conner's office was on the phone asking if we had made it there. Checking on us like we were children. I guess they expected us not to go because I thought it was far. After that we just stopped going everyone in that office turned out to be very rude after they didn't want to believe my daughter was still had pain. I had to take my daughter to a new dentist and he said she had a tiny break that couldn't be seen in exrays he said the root canal was clean and done fine but things happen something Dr Conner refused to even consider.She had to get it pulled out and got a bridge, haven't had any problems since. He's nice at first but good luck if something goes wrong the whole office gangs up on you.

Just a heads up. My husband and I have been going to Dr. Connor for years. I have no issue with him and his dental skills. It's his staff. His 3rd party billing offers no detail on a bill you receive and the statement does not even reference the patient! Also, the statement indicates the balance is 90 days old. I have not received a current, 30 day, or 60 day notice. When I called to ask about details, 'Jennifer' instantly was RUDE, says it's my responsibility to ask for a detailed bill that outlines charges. They can't be bothered with sending out detailed bills because their system would print the entire patient's history. She blamed it on the 3rd party biller implying no culpability on the part of the dentist. But doesn't the dentist CHOOSE his biller? Jennifer needs to learn customer service skills, or work in a department where she doesnt speak to customers. I've never dealt with someone so instantly demeaning and inexperienced. Beware of bills that come late and offer no explanation as to what work was done and on who. I'm currently waiting on a detailed bill, that she said (and I quote) 'you WILL owe the amount or we'll turn you over to collections'. All over $24.

I love my Doc! His staff is amazing and he rides bikes too! Love the conversations and the care is top notch! We drive over 80+ miles round trip for his care! It’s lit!

The staff from the front desk to the dentist and assistants were amazing. Very friendly and easy going. So glad i chose them as my dentist office! Highly recommend.

I reported Dr. Connor to the state because of how bad my experience was here. His bedside manner is atrocious, he laughed at me when I told him I flossed a few times per week and asked me if I eat a lot of candy and pancakes with syrup for breakfast. He wanted over $600 (after insurance) to fill EIGHT cavities he told me I had. I got a second opinion and have ZERO. This place is despicable.

A big thank you to Dr. Connor and his staff for taking my son in on a short notice. Very professional doctor and staff for serving us, My family will surely return soon, especially because they serve Military families. Thank You!!

This place is awesome!! I came in with some pain and was seen immediately. Clean offices and great help. BTW Marisol is the bestest!! Oh, and do't forget Cindy, she's the bomb. Great attitudes and excellent service.

Great service and professional! Evaluation,and cleaning done in timely manner. I felt very comfortable with the staff as they were communicative throughout the process. I would recommend them for family.

The clinic is very family friendly. Staff makes you feel like part of them, family. No complaints none so ever.
