I called the number below per request,and they were clueless. Not surprised one bit.
Horrible customer service. The Dental Hygienist broke the bar behind my front teeth when scaling my teeth during a cleaning. After my cleaning I requested to not have her again because she was all over the place. She was a fill in from another location. Well shortly after the cleaning the bar broke but not completely off just dangling poking my tongue. I had several conversations about it with staff. They took it upon themselves to not make any notes in my chart about it. They did not offer to pay for it or have it replaced by their orthodontist. They never returned calls when I asked what they planned to do about it. I finally told them to stop calling me as I would not be returning due to this situation. Make sure you check with your insurance Co before scheduling any appointments because they do not do their due diligence beforehand and will try and stick you with the bill. Go elsewhere.

Angie and Dr.Jeatzold are the best! I highly recommend them, Angie the hygienist was very gentle during my cleaning and did a great job. Dr.Jeatzold is very caring towards his patients and is always willing to answer any questions.
