I absolutely love this place. They are always so kind! Both of my parents go here too. Started bringing my little one here. She is 5 and was super nervous. They were so nice, and helped her feel at ease. I highly recommend this office!

I hadn't been to a dentist in over 12 years...I knew previous to walking in that I was going to need extensive work and multiple follow ups. Turns out, I wasn't as bad as I assumed I was. I just needed a deep cleaning and periodontal preventative check ups. I've been 5 times since I started with my deep cleaning...1 consultation/xrays, 1 visit for the 1st half of my mouth, 1 visit for the second half of my mouth, and 2- 3month check ups. I've encountered the 2 dentists, approximately 4 different receptionists, 3 hygienists and a hygienist assistant 😂 EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM ARE AMAZING. I mean UH-MAZING. They take the time to explain everything, make sure you're comfortable, and are so nice it's ridiculous. I will never go to another dentist's office ever again. 5 stars hands down.

Dr. Patel is the nicest, friendliest dentist I have ever been too!! She genuinely cares about her patients & their comfort, she is very knowledgeable & explaines everything before every procedure. I have extremely HIGH ANXIETY because of past "DENTISTRY NIGHTMARES""She assured me from the first visit & (every visit since) called me after oral surgery to check on me. Dr.Patal along with the dental assistants & hygienist are highly educated capable and caring professionals at North Tarrant Dental and are a great team, from the time you come through the door the receptionist greets you, until you leave everyone makes you feel welcome & cared for. Finally found a dental office that genuinely cares. 👍😁

Really like Dr Whinery and really enjoyed meeting Janet on my visit today. Communication is key and the company lacked communicating to me I no longer had their insurance. They also allowed me to show up for an appointment to have my teeth cleaned, even though notes in my file stated they would ONLY allow a deep cleaning or nothing. I was only informed of this AFTER x-rays and after spending time with the Hygenist. Totally wasting her time and mine. Adding insult to injury, I had driven and hour and half to make this dental appointment. I have been a patient of the facility off Heritage Trace for five years. I have been planning on finding a dentist closer to home, and this incident just makes that decision all the easier. This kind of tactic really should be reported to the BBB!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place. Staff is always friendly. They take my insurance and open on the weekends. I had a bad experience with my last dentist. I was a little nervous to get any work done until I went here. Best place to go.

Where do I even start....I would NEVER recommend this dental office to a family, friend, stranger, or worst enemy. Since November 2019, my husband and I have been very frustrated with the services (or lack there of) received and communication with the staff - which includes manager, accounting, and dentists. What should have been a simple crown procedure has turned into a frustrating battle. We were charged several thousand dollars and the dentists have been unable to successfully replace a crown and provide any pain relief. My husband has gone back 5 times to have the issue resolved, and yet it is still unfixed. The manager refuses to give us a partial refund, and has an attitude when we calmy address the concern. What a waste of time, money, and effort. Unethical business practice, poor services received, and bad communication.

First time in to this place and my experience has been flawless. Everyone has been extremely helpful and excellent at there specific job, from front desk to dentist and everyone in between. Haven't compared priced to other places yet but if they are comparable, I will for sure be using North Tarrant Dental.
